Will You unveils his debut album Part of the Picture — a deeply personal collection of 13 tracks that move between ambient meditations and understated deep house and techno excursions, the record feels designed for long journeys, quiet autumn evenings, and the in-between hours when everything softens.

There’s something hypnotic about the way 'Closed Eyes, Gentle Move' unfolds — like walking into a clearing in the woods and realizing the forest is breathing with you. It stands out as one of the album’s heavier moments, aiming to transport you into that hazy, late-night state where the boundary between you and the music dissolves — when it’s enough to simply close your eyes and move gently.

Verdant Session October 2025 for Electronic Convergence

For October I was thrilled to host some wonderful pals and leading living legends from the thriving dub techno community.   Bjarnar Jonsson [Ohm] has a long and respected history with the genre and now channels his developed taste into his Ohm Series vinyl and digital labels.    He's often collaborating with guest number 2... Johnny Fredsgaard [Kvadrant] whose Kontakt project is now approaching 50 releases with many of those featuring Ohm & Kvadrant productions.    In recent times Kontakt has hosted a who’s who of the Dub Techno landscape … Mike Schommer, Rod Modell,  Shed,  Steve O'Sullivan, cv313,  Octal Industries,  Resoe but also some brilliant and inventive remix projects from Bjorn Torske,  Lawrence and Joey Anderson to name a few.  Last but not least, Alex Lenta completed our quartet. He also produces music and designs artwork for the Ohm Series label.

For this set together we naturally locked into some delicious dub techno beats playing recent releases, previewed forthcoming releases on Ohm Series,  Kontakt and works in progress by Lentza and Ulf & Ralf.   Saying that, its not all dub t and we dropped some other refined flavours into our selections  

In essence, its all unplanned and just the 4 of us enjoying a long mix together…dive in!

After a short hiatus, we’re back with the 20th instalment of the OOZ mix series, which rounds off volume 2. This time we welcome a true pioneer of the underground electronic scene, Scott Braithwaite.

Founder of the influential 90s label Fragmented Records, Scott has been a driving force in shaping the deeper realms of house and techno for decades.

Having worked with artists like Dan Curtin, Morgan Geist, and Jaime Read, Scott’s legacy runs deep through the roots of UK and Detroit techno culture.

For this set, Scott takes us on a journey through deep, groove ridden techno and electro that transcends the listener into a float-like state.

This instalment of CKFM is a live recording Gustav Goodstuff doing his thing at Shelter Amsterdam, during a moustache records night curated by David Vunk. 

Gustav was sick after a heavy week at Digital Tsunami camp & was being fed some of the goodstuff by a few friendly party people in the booth. All adding to the druggy/dreamy vibe of this set. Great selections as expected by the Clone NL employee.
