I call this genre Trip House, like in trip hop, but instead of hop it's house. The same genuine dread and lethargic exhaustion, only danceable! This set does become more warm and ends on a positive note in the end, much like sunrise in the desert after a cold night. 

These are some of my current favorite tracks and one of my favorite sets I've played.
The original set was recorded at burning man 2022 Tuesday sunrise, On WETSPOT art car. This is the shortened version.

Freedom for music! Since I began to record my sets people keep telling me what I am allowed, and what not. What I should play, which style, and how long - a little bit more tribal, a little bit more house. The ecstatic dance scene has a good laugh because of the word techno in my shamanic tantra techno project and finds it pretty ridiculous. I don’t have to tell you what the techno scene, or the psy trance scene think about what I am doing. And you know what? I will keep on doing what I need to do. And that is exactly what I am doing since 2,5 years now. Playing all kinds of music. I let the universe decide which track will be followed by the next. And I love the output. Always surprising and not predictable.
This set for example is a fast one 125-127 bpm, it was not planned - it came to me, like all the other sets and for that I am very thankful. Enjoy if you feel like, or complain, but it won’t change anything. Thanks for your understanding.

What is shamanic Tantra Techno

When we hear tantra, the first thing in our mind is sex. It happened to me that I was invited to play at a tantra retreat for 4 days and there I learned, that it is not about sex. It is about creating a safe space for all of us. Where we can be, who we are and express ourselves. All kinds of feelings and emotions and everything is accepted and welcome!

Shamanic Tantra Techno now is just about that. We gather and express ourselves to music. Like in an ecstatic dance it is just about the music and during the time the music is playing we don’t talk. It is like a meditation, while dancing your as off. 

If presented live there is an opening ceremony where everybody can put his intentions into this dance and a Breath-work before we start a two hour music journey, that will take you literally everywhere. No rules, every kind of music and every kind of movement will be welcome - sometimes fast and loud, and sometimes slow and low. It will be a journey through all possible emotions.

Winter Nights In

Yes maybe you are treated unfair. Yes maybe you are not seen. And yes maybe you deserve more, love, attention, respect, care and much more! But remember as long as you are waiting for all that to come in and as long as you expect that, you end up in a position, where you are dependent. How about giving that all to you by yourself and save your time being disappointed by actions of others. Turn it round. Know that maybe also you did not see others in your live and give your understanding right now to them to balance it out. And even if you always cared about others as much as no one did. Keep on doing it and do not mind the gap, do not focus on the imbalance. Focus on your peace on your freedom on your independence from the outside and your strength and love to be able to do that and keep on giving, without waiting for something coming back in return. To do so, means you come a step closer to being a better version of yourself and that creates far better energies than feeling lack, because you did not get what you deserved, or at least expected. And this is again just a decision - but it makes such a big difference for you and us all and the universe. Thank you, thank me, thank us 🤍🙏🏾❤️💕
