Okay, this is a complicated one...
Back in 2006, Plushgrizzly from Aykaism.ch (now defunct) invited Jon H from Fort Knox Five to play a gig in Switzerland. He recorded the whole evening for a later broadcast on our common radiostation bigbeat.ch (now defunct). I'm not sure, we did ever play it, though... Not even sure if it was ever published in any way.
15 years later, I found this gem on my harddrive and played it during two episodes of my radioshow Eclectix, airing every Sunday, 6pm (cet), on evosonic.de.
First, I didn't want to upload it since I didn't know if it's okay with his friends and family over in DC, but after being asked by FK5 to upload it somewhere public, so they can share it with the world, I guess it is okay... ;)

For those not in the know: Jon H was 1/4 of Fort Knox Five, who died 6 years ago way to early in August 2015. He was an inspiration for way more people all around the world, than he could ever think of and I'm one of them. Thank you, Jon, for everything.

Originally recorded by BBC Radio 1 UK and aired on the Annie Nightingale show back in 2006 this mix showcases the diversity of well known DJ's Krafty Kuts & A Skillz. Their back to back LIVE DJ sets have become legendary and this one is no exception, recorded at the One World Snowbombing Special 2006 in a unique environment basically on top of a mountain playing all the tracks we love and know. Crash Party… DJ, Producer and Graphic Designer. He also runs his own label, Big Beat Sundays and regularly streams on Twitch with the Global Funk Fam, that he co-founded.

Crash’s production style is a mixture of cut-n-paste ethos and modern production values and has released music with Ghetto Funk, Scour Records, Cuttin’ It Fine, Big Beat Sundays and Breakbeat Paradise. Crash also featured on Dutty Moonshine Big Band’s album ‘City Of Sin’ and he also has writing and production credits for Aldo Vanucci including his recent hit ‘Impossible’. 

As a DJ, Crash, under various aliases, has DJed from New York to Ibiza and all over the UK, from Clubs to Pubs, Festivals to Special Events. Musically Crash combines Beats, Breaks, Funk, Bass music and more in his sets, drawing from new and classic music alike.
