2 Years ago we had our first released on Ghetto Funk
The EP turned some heads and announced that Crash Party are here to crash the party.
Tracks from the EP have been played across the globe by some of the biggest names in the Mid Tempo / Party Breaks scenes and we are stepping it up to the next level by releasing the VIPs of these tracks. We took the core of the original tracks and remixed them in a variety of different styles beyond their original Mid Tempo appeal.

Since our first EP we have had releases on: Ghetto Funk, Scour Records, Breakbeat Paradise Recordings and Particle Zoo, as well as self released tracks on our Bandcamp page.
And coming soon are remixes for Dutty Moonshine and Captain Flatcap, as well as our new 4 track EP coming out on Scour Records.

Long time collaborators Father Funk & Bear Twists team up for their first EP release as a duo, 4 tasty cuts of medical grade funky bass music, seamlessly blending the sounds of funk, disco and hip hop with the more modern sounds of glitch hop, garage and drum & bass. These are tracks for the dance floor as well as the home listener - just as bass driven as they are driven by their musicality and soul. The “Disco Biscuits” EP has the energy and charm of the pairs notorious bootlegs (played by DJs all over the world) but this time more instrumental, with fresh production, live instrumentation and a more varied sound palette. It’s an exciting change for these two Bristol based producers.

Yet another travel is about to begin into the past at the Darrow Chem Syndicate HQ. This time the ride is hosted by four different remixers from all around the globe.... 
After their successful release on UK based Bombstrikes label, Lack Jemmon is about to present another glitch-hop treatment here. Sliced bass-lines, filtered synths and thick drums rule the composition of the duo from Budapest… Having had a long No.1 Charts hit for Nipponeer Records on the previous release, Kid Panel has returned to the label delivering a special re-work to please all the old-school heads who were filling the dancefloors in the '90s. In case, you were familiar with the Big-Beat raves some twenty years ago, you'll be more than delighted to hear his contribution to the release… Introducing on the label, AGFA, the godfathers of new funky-breaks, is putting down a beautiful example how a proper remix shall be delivered! Leaving their signature on the sound, the guys from USA twirl it all up nice and bouncy.... Also, showing attention and paying respect to the new generation of bass-heavy funk producers, it is Groove Mind from Italy who puts a tasty ghetto-funk bomb to the package with it’s tricky arrangement and blending of the original tracks...
Nipponeer Records being based in Tokyo, Japan; was founded by Hiroshi Fukuma in 2003. This is the 7th release of the label, while the first EP came out in 2009 - aiming to reach a place of solely ageless and quality music, where time has got no dimension.

'The Fritz is a lovely legend, he always does nice things and only ever thinks happy thoughts. When life serves him lemons, he makes us lemon meringue pie! 

'We’ve had the pleasure of him stalking us in our hometown for some time now, and once, in an outrage over his wonderfulness, we tripped him up at the top of the stairs on purpose. He promptly picked himself up and pointed out that our form was wrong and spent the next three hours making us trip him up until we did it to perfection. He beamed at us through bloody, broken teeth.

Crash also featured on Dutty Moonshine Big Band’s album ‘City Of Sin’ and he also has writing and production credits for Aldo Vanucci including his recent hit ‘Impossible’. 

As a DJ, Crash, under various aliases, has DJed from New York to Ibiza and all over the UK, from Clubs to Pubs, Festivals to Special Events. Musically Crash combines Beats, Breaks, Funk, Bass music and more in his sets, drawing from new and classic music alike.
