'Forever Yeah!' EP by Kubebe & Apollon Telefax on Kaputt.wav is a thrilling sonic journey through the realms of trance, house breaks, and acid. Hailing from the European scene, the emerging artists showcase their prowess with influences that echo in each track. The EP kicks off with the titular track, 'Forever Yeah!' - a trance-inducing house dance that seamlessly blends synthesizer stabs, a relentless bassline, and mysterious whispers. Label head Fabrizio Mammarella and fellow Italian innovator Rodion return to Slow Motion with their energetic single ‘Un Segnale Di Speranza’, a mesmerising precursor to their upcoming album ‘Musica E Computer’ recorded at “Museo Del Synth Marchigiano”. Another ground-breaking collaboration between the pair which again features Mammarella’s signature arcane arps and the sweeping, glassy harmonies of Rodion. Fabrizio has also pieced together a Dub mix of the track that explores the further corners of his sonic world, displaying his innate gifts for creating future classics. 
‘Un Segnale Di Speranza’ once again progresses their captivating, pioneering sound and leaves us eager to experience more of the new dimension they have entered.

Suite For Chick is a heartfelt homage to the late jazz maestro Chick Corea. This collection features reinterpretations of City Gate, Rumble, Time Track, and Hymn of the Heart from the Chick Corea Elektric Band, as well as Return to Forever’s classic Romantic Warrior. These vibrant renditions celebrate Corea's enduring legacy in the jazz world. Chick Corea played a crucial role in shaping Miles Davis's electric fusion era and was a key member of Lost Quintet. He was also a founding force behind Return to Forever and many other influential groups.
Here Bangkok-based Maarten Goetheer collaborates with top Thai drummer Pong Nakornchai, blending Wurlitzer chords, Moog basslines, ARP leads, and signature Rhodes phasings.  Nakornchai, a Master’s graduate in Jazz Studies from Mahidol University, leads his own quartet and embodies the progressive spirit of modern jazz in Thailand.
Maarten's inspiration stems from his musical upbringing; his father, Gerard Goetheer, was a jazz pianist. This environment fostered his deep appreciation for music. A pivotal moment came when he heard Masters at Work remixing Tania Maria, igniting his vision to merge genres and create something new. With Suite for Chick, Maarten wanted to incorporate a wider range of modern influences that he became infatuated with throughout his musical career such as Techno, Italo, Cosmic Disco, Dub, Acid, Boogie, Proto-House & Ambient Music. To Maarten, bringing these genres together is his current and unique interpretation of the Jazz Fusion moniker.

This deep-digging compilation from Italian label Right Tempo offers a lovingly remastered sweep through jazz-inflected house from the decade between 1995 and 2005-a period where groove, musicianship and warmth reigned. The Daft Punk remix of I:Cube's 'Disco Cubizm' is an obvious highlight: clipped funk licks under elastic synths, reshaped with robotic swagger. The original mix rides smoother, more submerged. Josma's 'Voices Of Los Angeles' shimmers with Rhodes flourishes and disco flickers, while Mondo Grosso's 'Souffle H' (King Street Extended Club Mix) drives forward with crisp drums and brushed keys. Cricco Castelli's 'Life Is Changing' appears in two versions-both tightly arranged, with swung jazz-funk energy. Jo Boyer's 'Isabelle And The Rain', given a heady edit by Da Funkie Junkie & Cosmic Girl, closes the set with downtempo sparkle. Elegant, playable, and reissued with care.
