My name is Fusion Mode, co-founder of Crater Drum and Bass - a platform driven by the old school style, dedicated to bringing back the rawness of drum & bass to Groningen.

I started mixing music over 6 years ago, and I haven't been able to stop ever since! After spending considerable time in the scene, I decided to take matters into my own hands. My style is quite diverse, ranging from minimal to ragga and jungle. However, my true love lies in rolling neurofunk, delivering sets with a high amount of energy.

My goal is to share what I believe the people of Groningen have been missing in the rave scene.
Just before the COVID pandemic hit, I landed my first gig at Agora, and though venues had to close their doors, I refused to sit still. I continued playing for various radio stations and livestreams, delivering a killer set at Unmute Us, and ensuring my way up continued after clubs opened their doors again. I've had the honor of appearing on the line-ups for Agora, Kabelbreuk, and Anti-Squat X Halloween.

Unfortunately, I've been facing challenges with my ears lately. I have experienced a lot of tinnitus, and my left ear has been causing me significant pain. Despite these difficulties, I've been determined to keep going. DJing and recording mixes have always been my favorite things to do since the start, and I wanted to showcase my style in a mix. Due to limited practice time recently, the mix I recorded was improvised, presenting a challenge to include my beloved double drops.
