London-based writer / producer Dave Jay has spent the past three decades working for record labels as diverse as WEA / Maverick, Mangled, Atlantic / Big Beat, Suburban Base, London Records, Freskanova, and Above Machine while having tracks remixed by the likes of Dan The Automator, Blue States and Ray Mang and having music featured in various film and television. 

In 2006, Jay created his own production project, then called 'Twisted Tongue All-Stars', and swiftly signed to Acid Jazz Records (home to Matt Berry, Jamiroquai and The Brand New Heavies). Shortening the brand-name to 'Twisted Tongue' and teaming up with co-producer/guitarist Mark Dalton, he released two albums with the label, until Dalton decided to leave the group midway through the second LP. 

Following a Twisted Tongue remix project for Oslo-based Aural Graffiti Records in 2015 ('The AGR Sessions'), Jay decided to move on from music, instead publishing two books and pursuing a masters degree in film.

In 2021, Dave Jay decided to mark the 15th anniversary of the group by reviving the original 'Twisted Tongue All-Stars' moniker, returning to the project's original jazz/funk fusion roots and releasing the 3-track 'Live at Great West Quarter' EP in collaboration with UK jazz horn player Graeme Flowers and LA-based session singer Rose. This ultimately led on to the fourth Twisted Tongue album, 'This Was Twisted Tongue', released in 2024.

Soul Mjuzieek Digital is the second Sub Label of the highly suceesful Mjuzieek Digital label, and is concentrating on the Soulful Side of House! The release policy is strictly 2 mixes per release, the main mix being the soulful House one, and the second mix being the housed up Dub mix! Soul Mjuzieek Digital will sharpen the release schedule of the Mjuzieek family labels further up, making sure that less genre crossing releases will be on the main Mjuzieek Digital label.

Born in Minnesota, Fuller has resided in California,Seattle, Vancouver, the Turks and Caicos Islands and New York City. He started singing in church choirs as a child,
and went on to study classical piano during his teenage years. Simultaneously,
Tim began to play the drums and over a period of seven years,
developed into a very skilled percussionist. Once he pursued a post-secondary degree in vocal jazz at Vancouver Community College in British
Columbia, success as a musician came almost immediately.
In the early stages of his career, Fuller had a record deal with his funk/R&B outfit
Vote of Confidence, known to fans as VOC. Since then, Tim has fronted several
successful bands, performing funk, soul and R&B, though he’s best known
across the West Coast for steaming up the stage as lead vocalist for the live
funk band ‘Soulstream’, which holds a longstanding residency at Vancouver hot
spot Bar None. Meanwhile, Jazz aficionados, will recognize Fuller as a member
of vocal quartet ‘The Melloyds”, which over period of seven years, recorded two
albums, toured internationally for A&M Records, performed for the King and Queen of England,Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana,and many provincial,federal and international dignitaries.
While greatly inspired by Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Curtis Mayfield and
fellow Minnesota native Prince, once turned on to the work of Frankie Knuckles,Inner City,
Tony Humphries and Massive Attack, Tim set his sights on house music to bed his writing and singing
abilities. Making use of the influences he acquired throughout his career and bringing
them into the studio, Fuller teamed up with Vancouver producers DJ Ali and
Sean Dimitrie to great effect. Their varied backgrounds and talents resulted
in a fresh new sound, giving house an equally raw, sophisticated and funky edge.
Ali and Dimitrie’s ”disco dubbed techno” paired with Fuller’s soul drenched style
began making motions on charts and dance floors alike.First out of the gate came the beguiling,infectious,underground classic",U DON'T KNOW";this track seems to have a life of its own,residing on numerous compilations,(A CLASSIC DECADE-TEN YEARS OF THE CLASSIC MUSIC COMPANY,GROOVE ARMADA-ESSENTIAL SUMMER GROOVE,etc.)and remixed by house legend Jacob London and most recently, Matt Tolfrey;Next came "The Release"on Manali;then "Show You Right",another Manali imprint that still continues to attract new converts,with sick remixes first from super funky Llorca, then later on, the brilliant SPIRIT CATCHERS.Party favourite,"GO"on Bombay followed;then the sexy, saucy,"SO HOT"on Odori.In 2006 Fuller released his first full length album"THE SLIGHTEST TOUCH"on BOMBAY RECORDS;Co- produced and Co- with Sean Dimitrie,with contributions from DJ ALI and NAV BHINDER.the album spawned a double remix package;Chuck Love,Miguel Graca,Fred Everything,Chicken Lips,Spirit Catchers and Ilya Rudman all made incredibly inspired appearances.The title track"SLIGHTEST TOUCH" remixed by the fabulous"CHICKEN LIPS" was huge in the UK and a fav of BBC-ONE.
Fuller and Dimitrie soon embarked on delivering their live show to venues all over the world,rocking delirious house heads from Seoul to Miami with vocal improv and live production wizardry. The previous works attracted the attention of some world class dj's and producers;one of them being west coast house king MIGUEL MIGS.Fuller co wrote 3 tracks with Migs for the monster "THOSE THINGS"album(SOMETIME,CANT GET THRU,BODY NEVER LIES)and toured North America with Migs and Lisa Shaw.Fuller then became a member of "PETALPUSHER"a Miguel Migs live project,with Shaw and a stable of 8 extremely gifted and inspiring musicians.Another tour followed,leaving happy audiences in its wake.Soon after Fuller got a call from GROOVE ARMADA-one of his heroes.He soon found out why.Even though only a small appearance on SOUND BOY ROCK resulted from the sessions, Fuller gained incredible knowledge and inspiration after being locked away with house genius ANDY CATO.IAN POOLEY soon came calling;Fuller co wrote a track with Pooley (WHAT I GOT)for his release "IN OTHER WORDS"-with a remix provided by the legend DERRICK CARTER.
Then came the track called"STAY"
Co written on a cold Montreal afternoon,Fuller and Fred Everything created an old school banger,destined for Everything's album,"LOST TOGETHER".The track was a
single with remixes from LAWN CHAIR GENERALS,DOZA,AND HOME AND GARDEN.It was one of the TOP TRACKS FOR MONTHS on multiple charts,including BEATPORT,AND found a home on numerous compilations and club mixes.
As of late,Fuller has continued to pad his discography- Sacha Dive released a Dimitrie/Fuller creation,"CAUGHT"(a naughty tale of witnessed inhibition) on his label DEEP VIBES;a collaboration with Aussie house kings RANDOM SOUL(aka YOGI AND HUSKY)resulted in the track" LET LOVE FLY " with remixes by DUTCHICAN
SOUL,RANDOM SOUL,and SEAN DIMITRIE.
While this introduction to one of Canada’s most in demand singer/songwriters comes seemingly late, Fuller’s unique vocal style, musical ability and stage presence break down walls and infuse dance music with a new warmth and
humanity. Vancouver’s Tim Fuller is on track to become one of music’s next
great, multi- genre performers.

The late nineties saw Sean’s career as a DJ take off. At the early age of fifteen, in the February of 1999, Sean secured himself residency at Zeus Nightclub (Chelmsford, Essex) playing their weekly under eighteens event. He remained a resident for six years playing his unique style of House music including such artists as; ‘Moloko – Sing It Back’ and ‘Sun Kids feat. Chance – Rescue Me’ and introducing US Garage artists such as ‘Wamdue Projects – King of My Castle’. This early admission on to the club scene soon progressed into a four night residency playing alongside some of the biggest DJ’s in Essex, taking his career to new heights.

From Zeus Sean went on to play at many of the leading clubs in Essex including; Hippodrome (Colchester), Rumours (Clacton), Ikon Diva (Basildon), Jumpin’ Jaks (Harlow) and Fire & Ice (Ipswich) where he remained as a head line DJ three nights a week for a year.

Whilst continuing to DJ around Essex Sean found time to develop his career further working at Amber Studios (Chelmsford, Essex). Sean continued his passion for music and added to his skills and experience, recording and engineering bands as a full time occupation.

In the autumn of 2006 Sean left Fire & Ice (Ipswich) to begin another residency at Escape Nightclub (Copford, Essex) where he remained for five years. Guaranteeing a night to remember, Sean continued to bring his style of upfront Funky House, Electro & Club Classics to a packed dance floor every Wednesday, Friday & Saturday night and played alongside some of the biggest names and brands in the clubbing network including; Kinky Malinki, Steve Smart, Brandon Block, Freemasons, Graeme Park, Alistair Whitehead, Jonathan Ulysses, Fran Cosgrove and Kate Lawler to name a few! In the summer of 2010 Sean also became a massive hit as a resident DJ for Colchester’s most popular Under 18’s nights, ‘Pretty Wild’. 

In addition to his residency at Escape Nightclub Sean has collaborated with two of the biggest brand names in house music, warming up for both Hed Kandi and Hat Club events on a number of occasions.

It was back in 2007, through Escape Nightclub, that Sean met and began working with Pav, a world renowned percussionist most famous for his work with everyone from Hed Kandi and the Miami Winter Music Conference to boyband, Take That! Following this closure of Escape Nightclub in April 2011, Sean can now be found DJing at TP’s (Colchester, Essex) every Friday night & has just secured a new residency every Saturday night at the brand new Wahoo Nightclub (Clacton, Essex). 

As well as DJing, Sean is currently working on his first album, a mix of Soulful, Disco & Funky house music, as well as recording & mixing bands in his spare time. 

The length of Sean’s residencies at some of the top nightclubs around Essex is a testament to his popularity as a DJ. His music, both DJ mixes & his own projects speak for themselves.
