At that time I met a stranger, her story was sad and her voice gentle.. She saw and heard what no one should.. She suffered a lot. I recorded lullaby for her to make our world quieter, less scary, cold nights warmer. Many times my music was written by empathy, maybe this one is an illusion of fear that we pass through. It seems to weep over the idea of utopia, happiness. Everything needs a little bit of silence .. Even music..

This song was a labor of love. A lot of loved ones have recently suffered loss and/or are battling some dark times. The title reminds me that those we've lost still look at us from above, and if we were to see ourselves from their perspective, I think we'd notice how similar we all really are.
