2258 Make the First Move

What can you do to make an impact today? You don't want to miss any opportunity. Live with your eyes wide open.   You have one shot today to impact those that you touch. It's about your presence.&nbsp;  Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? Join us at .&nbsp;  I ran some errands yesterday. Now, most of us would think that if we could check everything off our list, we would feel accomplished. Yet, the most important part of what I experienced on my errand excursion was the two conversations I had with three individuals.&nbsp; Yes, the list was complete, but that was not the extent of what God had in store for me yesterday morning. It was all about relationships discovered at a gas pump and discussing the vitality of life as we see it through God's eyes.&nbsp; And you thought I only went for 22 gallons of gas? The K.I.S.S. ~ Live with your eyes wide open!&nbsp; The second conversation came with a young boy, who will start school this coming August, and his momma.&nbsp; Let me paint the picture for you. I come out of the big box store with pool salt. Yes, it's that time of year even though we are due for some frost mid-week. Not fair! As I began hoisting up the 40 lb. bags in my car, this sweet family comes walking to their car. Let's just say I made a 4.5-year-old's day. And you could tell that his momma really appreciated our time together in the parking lot.&nbsp; You see, he is at the stage of wanting to understand everything. We even spoke of my Dad and he didn't comprehend that he had passed on and is now in heaven. He was convinced that he was in the hospital. Don't miss any opportunity to love, serve, and give. 2293 Live with Your Eyes Wide Open

Stress and busyness affect us mentally, physically, and relationally. Are there days you wish you were "in the mood" or had a pill to get you there? Before you jump ship, let's get physical.   Nothing like a little Olivia Newton-John to get us in the mood to talk about something that is very natural, but at the same time, makes us very uncomfortable.  Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? Join us at .&nbsp;  There are many benefits to having sex. 1: Elevates mood and reduces depression with endorphin release. 2: Boosts immunity. A UPenn study indicated people having sex one to two times per week had more immunoglobulin A (a major antibody to fight foreign invaders and prevent leaky gut) than those who didn’t. 3: Promotes glowing skin by releasing DHEA and human growth hormones. These hormones can rid the body of cortisol build-up (chronic stress) and help reverse damage caused by the sun! 4: Lowers blood pressure! When you distract the mind from stress, your blood is better oxygenated and can normalize. Some other general benefits are:  Higher self-esteem Deeper sleep Stronger and satisfying relationships Reduced inflammation Better functioning brain  Yet, there still is a problem with being "in the mood". The K.I.S.S. ~ Let's get physical!&nbsp; There are a few ways to get "in the mood".  Create space to relax and connect. You can use Magnesium flakes (1 cup) in your bath to relax you and your muscles.  Eat oysters (and shellfish). Oysters replenish the pituitary gland (one of the two master glands in your brain that tells the rest of the hormones what to do and how many hormones to make). It brings balance to the body. Shellfish (especially oysters) are high in zinc, an essential mineral to help make testosterone, which enhances libido.  Enjoy avocados not just for the dip. They help the body in making testosterone and can aid in the production of cervical fluid. Spice it up! Add spices like cayenne, jalapeno, and Serano chiles to improve blood flow to the reproductive organs in both men and women and stimulates nerve endings to make them more sensitive. 2323 My Strength Is My Story with Dr. John Demartini, The Values Factor

Have you ever had the thought... "If I could turn back time, how would things be different?" Getting what needs to be done in the present takes a unique position in both leadership and mindset. Life can throw you loops and take you on a ride that you never thought or dreamed of, for better or worse.&nbsp; Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? Join us at .&nbsp;   But what you do in that situation and how you recover and rebound from the circumstance, determines the direction of how you proceed in life. Unfortunately, many people live their every day looking backward. There is no vision to see what's possible.&nbsp;&nbsp; In fact, looking backward actually can become a crutch keeping you from where you were headed before life happened. Now with anything, there are always extreme circumstances and exceptions to the rule. And some of what happens in the past most definitely affects how you proceed in the present. However, your future depends on what you do today, not yesterday. So really who cares if you could turn back time. What matters is where you are today and the direction you choose to always move forward. The K.I.S.S. ~ Always move forward! If you allow yourself to remain trapped and imprisoned by your past, you will surely not have a future in the present. Where you place your hope determines what you hold close to your heart. May the light of hope be found in you. There's joy in the house of the Lord. Today, renew your confidence that God's got you! 2382 There's Joy in the House

"Any work looks wonderful to me except the one which I can do (Ralph Waldo Emerson)." How much are you trying to keep up, trying to prove to yourself that you're enough? Who do you think you are? Nothing can do more damage than your own thoughts, especially when your thoughts question your own capabilities, gifts, and expertise. Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? Join us at .&nbsp;   Some people call this a lack of confidence or others call it imposter syndrome.&nbsp; So how do you see yourself? In life, we live in a culture that feeds our mindset that we are missing something; need of something more? We have the tendency to pursue the expectations others have on us. It starts when we are children. Your success is dependent on reaching your goals, not settling for second best, and always going for more than. Are you striving to be the person trying to fit the mold of the success mindset? Always aiming for better than, more than, exceptional than whoever you are emulating. Always chasing what you think you should have. Perfection isn't even good enough. You are not good enough until ____ (you fill in the blank). The pressure of the success mindset can be so great that it leads to:  staying stuck in your dream, losing all of those that you care for in the pursuit of success, and continually in search for more and more and more.  It's the be all, do all mindset. Now success isn't bad. It's more of how you are doing it, chasing it, living it. What if you could reimagine and reframe success where it didn't detract away from your worth, but added to your significance? You got it! Reframe success to a significance mindset. The K.I.S.S. ~ Reframe success! Did you know that you were already created for more? God sees you as His own. You are worthy. You are treasured. You are loved. So instead of attacking yourself with the question, "Who do you think you are?", start by reframing the question -- how do you see yourself from the perspective of the significance mindset?  Protects you from the comparison trap.  Most of us compare and compare "up". Social media fuels comparison. Everyone is trying to convince you are in need of more. When you focus on how God sees you, comparison is blocked. You don't NEED more. "We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves. Expectations are tough to live by. However, when it comes to your faith, live like you belong to God. It's when you wrap your day with God's expectations, not the expectations of the world, that you experience heavenly life here on earth. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." ~ Philippians 4:6-7 When we are overwhelmed and struggling silently, cultivating gratitude can help us reframe our perspective. Gratitude has the power to shift our focus from what we lack to the blessings that surround us. It is in these moments that we find renewal. But what does it mean to present our "requests to God by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving"?&nbsp; Prayer: By engaging in prayer, we take the time to communicate with God in an intimate and personal way. It is through prayer that we express our hopes, fears, worries, and desires. It serves as a channel to connect with God, seeking guidance, strength, and peace. Petition: Petitioning God involves laying our specific requests and concerns before Him. It is the act of earnestly seeking His intervention and supplicating for His will to be done in our lives. In our moments of struggle and weariness, we can find comfort in the assurance that God hears our petitions and answers them according to His perfect wisdom. The K.I.S.S. ~ By prayer and petition! Remember, you are not alone in this journey. The Bible teaches us in Psalm 23:1-3, "The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul." Just as a shepherd takes care of his flock, God is always there to guide you, renew your spirit, and restore your weary soul. But in every situation, by prayer and petition. Discovering Peace: The Power of Gratitude Our passage then instructs us to present our requests "with thanksgiving." Gratitude is a transformative attitude that helps shift our focus from our problems and anxieties to the blessings and goodness that surround us. 1. Reframing our Perspective: Gratitude enables us to see beyond our circumstances, reminding us of the countless reasons to be thankful. It changes our perspective and helps us find hope even in the midst of challenges. 2. Cultivating a Peaceful Mindset: A heart filled with gratitude is a heart at peace. It creates space for tranquility to enter our lives, providing a source of comfort and renewal. As we acknowledge and appreciate the blessings we have, the peace of God transcends our understanding and guards our hearts and minds. 3. Strengthening Our Faith: Gratitude deepens our connection with God, fostering a sense of trust and dependency on Him. By recognizing His goodness and provision, we develop unwavering faith, knowing that He will continue to guide and support us through every trial and tribulation. Remember the words of the apostle Paul, "The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May this peace be with you always. How often does the thought of giving up run through your mind and then your heart? Just because it's a good and noble thing to press on, it's helpful to be motivated by the prize. What prize does God have for you? In the midst of the exhilarating competitions at the Olympics, we are reminded of the timeless wisdom found in 1 Corinthians 9:27.&nbsp;The verse speaks to the idea of pressing on, not just for the sake of duty, but with a clear goal in mind — a prize worth every ounce of effort put forth. Tabata is a type of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

Tabata is taking a simple exercise and exhausting your body during a period of at least 8 minutes up to as long as 20-30 minutes.

1. Do the Walking Step Push Up for 20 seconds. 
2. Rest for 10 seconds.
3. Repeat the Walking Step Push Up for 20 seconds.
4. Rest for 10 seconds. 
5. Continue for a TOTAL of 8 cycles = 4 minutes.

147 Prescription for Zombie Living!

Psalm 126 captures a truth that reshapes how we view our darkest moments. “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy” (Psalm 126:5, KJV) isn’t just a comforting phrase—it’s a radical promise that turns pain into purpose and grief into growth, from tears to triumph. Imagine a farmer during a famine. Each seed he scatters is a gamble—a precious resource he could have kept for immediate survival. Yet, in that act of trust, he sows for a future harvest. This image shows us the heart of faith in our hard seasons: we give when it hurts, we hope when it’s hard, and we believe when the future looks bleak.&nbsp; God acknowledges this kind of faith, and Psalm 126 goes further:&nbsp;“He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him” (Psalm 126:6, KJV). The phrase “shall doubtless come again” stresses the certainty of God’s promise—not maybe, but definitely. Our tears aren’t meaningless. Scripture reminds us that God “keeps careful record of our tears” (Psalm 56:8). Every tear that slips silently down your cheek waters the soil for a future joy. Every prayer whispered through pain, every act of obedience despite heartbreak, and every courageous step forward in the midst of sorrow counts as the sacred sowing of life to come. This faith is active. It moves despite feelings; it persists beyond circumstances. The K.I.S.S. ~ From tears to triumph!   The psalmist gives us hope beyond the pain: morning will break. The long night of lament will yield to a dawn bursting with “sheaves”—abundant blessings harvested from seasons of hardship. Your weeping is preparing the ground for your rejoicing. So hold on to this promise. When sorrow feels endless and tears fall often, remember you are sowing in faith. What you plant now, watered by your endurance and trust, God will bring back to you “with rejoicing.” The waiting is hard, but it is never wasted. Life as a parent is like a complex recipe: a dash of sweetness tangled with a pinch of saltiness, some sour moments, and unexpected bursts of sugar. It’s messy. It’s unpredictable. And it’s real. Too much to do and holidays too close, how do you keep up with all of it the most? Every day can get you down when you keep going around. You claim you're busy, but you're just dizzy. Nothing will change until—you stop running to stand still. Why do we keep trying to convince ourselves that we can do everything? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? S — Stop and Assess Before you dive into another task, hit pause. Take five minutes each day this season to look at your whole schedule and goals. Are these activities moving you closer to what matters? For example, instead of saying yes to every holiday invite or extra project at work, ask: “Is this necessary? Does this serve my priorities or just fill my calendar?” Being intentional here saves energy for what counts. P — Prioritize Ruthlessly You can’t do everything, nor should you try. Make a list not just of tasks, but of outcomes that truly matter. In the holiday season, that might mean focusing on spending quality time with close family over attending every social event, or choosing three key projects to excel at instead of ten half-done commitments. It’s the clutter in your mind—the relentless swirl of worries, doubts, and negative self-talk that steals your joy and energy. Your mind is your most powerful tool, but left unchecked, it becomes your biggest obstacle. Trimming your thoughts means renewing your mind. It’s a radical choice to take control of your inner narrative, shift the story you tell yourself, and create space for hope, clarity, and action. The K.I.S.S. ~ Trim your thoughts to renew your mind!   Here are three practical ways to start: 1. Identify and Cut Out Toxic Thought Patterns You can’t prune what you don’t see. Start by becoming a ruthless thought detective. When negativity pops up—whether it’s fear, “I’m not enough,” or overwhelm—call it out. Bring that truth into the light. Philippians 4:8 tells us to focus on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, and excellent. Ask yourself: Does this thought align with that? If not, it’s dead weight. Toss it. The holiday season should bring joy and meaning. Yet, all too often, it feels like the world is spinning faster than ever. Sometimes it's hard knowing how to see straight when the world is spinning. That's where the pressures are mounting, events piling up, and endless distractions keep pulling your attention every which way. A spinning top is a real thing, even if you don't want to admit it. How do you still make an impact, even in the chaos? Here’s the truth: You don’t have to lose who you are this Christmas just because the world feels wild. Impact isn’t about changing the whole planet in one swipe. It’s about doing what matters most in the circles you touch — your family, friends, neighbors, church, colleagues, and community. You are meant for more. But you must be willing to find harmony in the spinning. The K.I.S.S. ~ Find harmony in the spinning!   The craziness and chaos do not stop just because you wish them to. It requires you to find a way to slow down so you spin your wheels less. Here are three powerful ways to see straight when the world feels dizzy—and to let your light shine steadily, no matter the season.  1. Take Control of Your Mindset, Even if You Can’t Control the World Chaos and noise outside don’t have to dictate your inner world. You always control your attitude and your choices—those are your real superpowers. Paul nailed it in Philippians 4:8: “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” Make your mind a fortress of hope and gratitude, especially when everything seems upside down. Example:&nbsp;Start each morning by listing three things you’re grateful for. This simple act re-centers your focus and sets the tone for the day, no matter how out of control the world gets.  2. Simplify Your Holidays to Highlight What Truly Matters The holidays don’t need to be a never-ending checklist of parties, gifts, and stress. Too often, we lose sight of the core of the season: connection, generosity, and reflection. What feeds your soul? You don't want to leave out the most important things. So stop overlooking what you value during this holiday season. Put what feeds your soul at the top of the list. The rest? Cut loose. Example: Pick two or three traditions that bring real joy and let the rest go. Maybe it’s a quiet family dinner, a volunteer day, singing Christmas carols, reading the Bible, or just giving yourself time to unplug. When you strip away the excess, the good stuff shines brighter. 3. Make Small Acts of Love Your Holiday Impact You don’t have to fix the vast swirling problems of the world. What matters is the difference you make right where you are—with small, intentional acts that ripple outward. Mother Teresa said it best: “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.” This season, your impact is in those small moments. Example: Write a sincere note to someone who needs encouragement, donate winter clothes, or listen attentively. These simple acts keep you connected to the purpose and spread light when everything else feels dark.  Remember: You’re not powerless because the world spins wildly. You see straight when you take charge of your mindset, refuse to be distracted from what counts, and show up with love in your corner of the world. Christmas Eve is nearly here, and for many of us, the holiday season carries a mixed bag of emotions. The bright lights and festive songs promise joy, but behind the scenes, life might feel messy, exhausting, and overwhelming. When weariness weighs down your mind, body, and spirit, it’s natural to default to the easiest option—often kind of numb survival that distances you from what really matters. Yet, you can still find joy when life feels messy. You get out of life what you put into it. When you choose to lean into the beauty amid the chaos, you reclaim the heart of Christmas—the reason for the season itself. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? The Bible reminds us in Galatians 6:9, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” That “harvest” is the joy and peace that come from holding steady through life’s storms. Faith isn’t about perfection or having it all together. It’s about choosing to see the blessings even when life’s mess tries to convince you otherwise. The mess is real, but it’s not the whole story. The heart of Christmas is about hope, love, and a promise made thousands of years ago—a promise that life can be renewed, that light can break through darkness. It’s for the tired, the worn-out, the overwhelmed. It is there waiting to be claimed. So this Christmas Eve, as the world rushes and your energy wanes, choose to fix your eyes on the blessings rather than the mess. 404 Motivate If We're Honest

How is your life going? Do you feel like you're doing life by yourself? Going through the ups and downs. Know that you are loved!

As life gets more hectic and chaotic, be sure to tell your husband how much you love him. With the digital distractions we have in our lives, it's easy to get disconnected from the ones you hold closest to you.&nbsp;

437 You Are Loved!

Growing up as a child today is tough. There are so many challenges. One of the biggest challenges our children face today is 'why am I not liked?'. The fitting in and being liked begins from the time you socialize your child. Playdates. Sports teams. Dance lessons. Gymnastics. Church groups like Cubbies and Awana. Community teams like Brownies, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts. Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT.&nbsp;http://facebook.com/groups/thewomenofimpact&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Then they get older and competition comes into play. Wanting to play a certain position on the team. Competition dance teams. This starts at a young age...4, 5, and 6 year olds. We're not talking about late middle school to high school. And what happens next, the parents get involved. Words are exchanged. Tempers flare. Some may think they are defending their children. When the day becomes night and kisses are being shared, the question is whispered, 'Why am I not liked?'. This is the beginning of bullying. And it continues not just as playdates and gatherings, but in classrooms, on the playgrounds, and now on Instagram and Facebook.  Instagram is a favorite for middle schoolers (Patchin, 2015). 43% of students report being cyber bullied (Patchin, 2015). 1 in 3 students are being bullied traditionally(National Center for Education Statistics [NCES], 2013). 13.1% of students report attempting to harm themselves not in a suicidal manner (Missouri Department of Mental Health, 2012). 16.9% of youth indicated they have had self-harm by cutting, scratching, and self-hitting (Canadian Medical Association, 2008).  My heart goes out to Dallas, Texas and Nice, France (the attack today, July 14th during the Bastille Celebration) for the horror that has hit their cities. Know we are praying for you, your families, cities and countries! The psychological effect is huge! Why am I not liked? The K.I.S.S. ~ Love your neighbor as yourself!  Stop beating yourself up in front of your children. Watch the comment and words you use. Be slow to speak, slow to anger. Speak words of kindness and gentleness. Be respectful of others. Be the change.  Jesus replied, "This is the most important, Hear, O Israel the Lord our God is One Lord. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' 552 Confessions of an Upset Mama! Why am I not liked?

There's nothing more personal than asking the question, "Is your BUT too big?". It's not any but. --- It's the BUT holding you back from optimal wellness. Today, we celebrate wellness Wednesday. And we ned to have a serious chat. Is your BUT too big? Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? The "BUT" I'm referring to is the BUT that keeps you from living your best selfie.  I need to lose weight --- BUT I really want to exercise more --- BUT My diet could use an overhaul --- BUT I know I need to change my lifestyle --- BUT I want to get healthy --- BUT  You want the transformation. You want the results. You want a change. However, the BUTs get in the way. "BUTs are the detour signs in your vocabulary!" They take you another direction and usually further away from your goals. The BUTs are the detours that lead you to your excuses. And your excuses become the way you live.&nbsp; The BUTs take precedence. It becomes the way of life.&nbsp; Is your BUT too big? 1506 Changed In the Mess

When life is filled with more negativity, grandioso highlight reels, and comments that cut to the core, you have to learn how to stay positive. This world is not fair, but it still can be a beautiful journey through all the mess. It's just finding the garden in all the thistles.&nbsp; Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT.&nbsp;http://facebook.com/groups/thewomenofimpact Staying positive doesn't always mean you are the happy-go-lucky, smiley person with not a care in the world.&nbsp; When you can see through the mess that clouds your mindset, it opens the doors to positivity, something greater than what is happening at that moment. Because in the moment, you could be drowning in the chaos with all hope being stripped from every breath you take. Yet we must remember that nothing crumbles in a day. How to stay positive gives you a lifeline to look just beyond the mess and climb out of the deep set darkness that envelops your hope. Revolutionary? Not really. Just a mindset shift. But this mindset shift isn't common practice. Instead we sit with our mess and chaos allowing ourselves to be drawn deeper into the swells of disappointment, failure, and fear. The happy-go-lucky person, who seems to have it all together, has struggles and troubles too. But what gives them the advantage? How to stay positive!&nbsp; "I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet." ~ Gandhi We let the dirt cloud the nooks and crannies of any hope that remains from the fails of our own. We focus on what we can't do. We strain to hold back tears for what is lost. You want the advantage? Optimism is a game-changer! Is it real? YES!! Take it and live it! The K.I.S.S. ~ Live a positive optimistic life! Let us not become weary in doing good,&nbsp;for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. ~ Galatians 6:9 When you give up, you nourish the negativity. You feed it and feed upon it. It becomes your normal.&nbsp; However, if you desire to experience life more abundantly, you have to change the perspective in how you live it. So how do you live a positive optimistic life; how do you stay positive? 1. Talk more, listen less. Talk more from the optimistic point of view. Drown out the negative whispers and yells. You have to stop being the cheerleader of negativity. I read a post this weekend on Facebook, and it read, "I was just in the women’s bathroom, and had to listen to a mom yelling at her early elementary aged kid for losing a wrestling match. He sat on the bathroom floor and cried as she berated him." Maybe you were that little kid who was yelled at by your parents for not being good enough. Maybe you were that little kid who was yelled at by your husband, your boss, your teacher, even a stranger. You can't let negative whispers and yells diminish your worth. 2. Speak truth to the lies.&nbsp; There is no reason to encourage lies to grow bigger. Thorns hurt, but roses bloom above the pain. Let the truth set you free from the lies that try to trample you. If someone calls you fat, speak truth to that lie. I am strong and courageous. Truth overcomes lies! 3. Love more, fear less.&nbsp; Love conquers fear.&nbsp; Armor yourself with the truth of God's love, grace, and mercy. When you are at battle with the negativity, love more in the moment. You are twisting fear; it becomes less than not greater than. "Being a positive influencer, a positive leader isn't just a state of mind, but a state of action. In all you do, TAKE AIM!!!" In your day, think about what you focus on. The goals. The to-do list. The appointments. The phone calls. The errands. The bills. The laundry. The dishes. The dinner. It's all about the WHAT in your day. You get caught up in the what and forget your WHY!&nbsp; You are created on purpose with greatness! Wash your feet and don't drag yourself through the mud. How easy it is to forget. How powerful it is to remember. Forget me not! Life can get in the way of our relationships. We can let the world seep in, to the point that it begins to corrode our marriages.&nbsp; Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT.&nbsp;http://bit.ly/WomenofIMPACT   Instead of letting the world control how you react in your marriage, it's vital to look at what you can do to grow in your marriage and to grow your marriage. You want to make sure that you are actively participating in your relationship. If you expect that everything in your marriage will magically happen, you have another thing coming. You have to be willing to make deposits in your relationship that lifts up your spouse. A relationship is defined as&nbsp;the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected. If you're in a relationship, you are saying that you are "connected". So how are you connected?  similar interests offspring share the same dreams  But then some would say, "Well, we are connected. But how?". You're stumped. None of the obvious choices are chosen.&nbsp; I say all this, because we become disconnected when we get comfortable. No more deposits are being made in the marriage. One partner or both are living solely for themselves. There is no "dreaming" as a couple. There is a disconnect in the connection. So forget me not! The K.I.S.S. ~ Forget me not!  APPRECIATE who you have in your midst. Show them with words of affirmation. Tell them "thank you".&nbsp; SERVE because you can. Don't wait until you feel like it. When you're crabby, you won't feel like it. One thing I say almost every day is "How can I serve you?" or "What can I do for you today?". This elevates your spouse while humbling you. LOVE unconditionally. Be careful not to confine yourself to your definition of "love". Because what's going to happen is that your definition of love will fall flat for your spouse. Focus on your spouse and loving him with all that you have in the good, the bad, and the ugly.  "How easy it is to forget. How powerful it is to remember.
