Creative BPM, an artistic and cultural platform powered by and for creative women rooted in hip-hop, street, and club cultures — blending live shows with workshops, artistic residencies, and social action.
Under the acronym BPM – for Beat, Poetry, and Movement – the platform explores the creative synergy between writing, vocal expression, dance, and music production. With a focus on community and sisterhood, our platform values collaboration as a force for connection and celebrates the creativity that flourishes through mutual support and shared growth.

So... I'm a work in progress. I don't always enjoy the process but I love life & learning how to love myself more and more. You'll find that I 
 changed my name a while back... and then... changed it back... without a last name ^___^ I had a period of self reflection/Sankofa. I had to find my true self to be able to fulfill my duty as a healer/creative/student of life/one day parent/example/leader. So I changed my name back to something original for a while (Kris: if you know you know) and then, once more claimed the title T'nah AKA Tea. Now, We're here.
