Inspired by the death of a loved one, “Monad” is an ode to their memory and serves as a tribute to their influence on Creatura’s music. The word “Monad” is a reference to “Soul group” and the intensity of connection that these individuals have within our lifetime. The E.P. also explores the artists journey of moving from Toronto to Berlin in pursuit of her music career, and the themes that influnced her progression as an independent artist.

With elements of ambient, downtempo and experimental music, “Monad” unveils Creatura’s progression as a producer while staying true to its dreamy but deeply moving sounds. The E.P.
