In the fall of 2014 Creatures of Bad Habit setup a multi-track recording studio in a small rehearsal space in North Hollywood, California.  All songs were recorded live with zero overdubs.

"Jacky" is a tune about a careless drug dealer who was imprisoned, avoided the shiv, and was subsequently paroled unscathed.
