Raised in Detroit, Michigan, in a household enveloped in music, blxkout has taken the reigns of his future and is pursuing his dream of being a musical prodigy. Observing his dad make music was his source of inspiration, and decided to follow in his footsteps. From age 11 and through middle school, he was making beats on his tablet, experimenting with different elements and learning the craft. Then, on his 14th birthday, he got FL Studio on his computer. From there, he practiced producing beats, and eventually started posting them on Instagram. 
 
Now, at 17 years old, he’s starting to gain traction for his production skills, posting his beats on YouTube and maintaining his beat store (under his producer name, Greatness), networking with other producers, and has additionally started rapping to display his lyrical skills. His first single, released in 2021, “Too Flashy” got nothing but love and support from his high school. Though the song was to be made and released for fun, blxkout has decided to permanently add rapping to his resume, and has released a second single named “Burn,” which his friends say his rapping ability surpassed that of his first song. He has unlimited potential, and many are excited to see where he ends up.
