V is a recurring antagonist throughout Chapter 3, and is based on a TV remote. Claims to be the 'boss' of this Dark World, yet is only the right hand man of a bigger, more powerful enemy. He is very strict when it comes to reinforcing rules, and isn't above snakey tactics to get his way.
