DEMO FAQQQ::: Yes, we will listen to your demos but we do get a lot of stuff and cannot always give indepth comments about everything we listen to. And yes, there is a specific sound & feeling we're looking for but its impossible to describe. Checking the stuff we have uploaded might give you an idea though. Also it will take us some time to process your request. Asking us repeatedly if we had a chance to listen sadly cannot speed up this process! But if we like what we hear we'll surely let you know in no uncertain terms! Electronic-music duo Leboeuf et Laviolette was formed in Montreal in 2008. They began making more brutist sound collages, in tribute to Quebecois sculptors Henri Laviolette et Orel Leboeuf. But the siren call of dance music was just too strong. So, for the last two years they’ve dedicated themselves to rhythms that are sometimes nostalgic and always electrifying and over-the-top. Leboeuf et Laviolette is Jean-Francois Lauda and David Lafrance.

Leboeuf et Laviolette est un duo de musique électronique fondé à Montréal en 2006. À cette époque, leur travail est consacré à la musique bruitiste et au paysage sonore rendant hommage à Henri Laviolette et Orel Leboeuf, deux sculpteurs Québécois. Mais l'appel du plancher de danse est trop fort. Depuis deux ans, la formation façonne une musique rythmée, parfois nostalgique et exploratoire, mais toujours électrisante et ondulée. Ponctué d'échantillons de voix et de musique traditionnelle, leur son explore diverses facettes de notre identité. Leboeuf et Laviolette est composé de Jean-Francois Lauda et David Lafrance.
