Black Snake som egentligen heter Milton Timothy Hebbert-Watson, kommer från den karibiska kusten i Nicaragua. Black Snake är en konstnär med färdigheter i allt möjligt. Han är jättebra på att toasta, sjunga, måla, vara kock och spela percussions och är intresserad av människans psykologiska utveckling.  Milton betonar hur viktigt det är att fortsätta utvecklas. Han säger att som sångare är det viktigt med sångteknik och att utveckla sin röst.

Året innan han kom till Sverige så studerade han på Konsthögskolan i Nicaraguas huvudstad Managua. Han kom till Sverige 1984, och flyttade till Göteborg 3 år senare. Detta på grund av att han fick ett stipendie för att studera konst i Sverige. Sedan dess har han bott i Göteborg. Han har under dessa år spelat och arbetat med ett antal band och artister. Några av dessa är Crucial Vibes, X-ray & Anbessa. Milton har som sagt ett stort intresse för konst, även mat, och studerar därför till att bli diplomerad kock.

Du hittar Black Snakes musik på Absolute Reggae 2 med reggae hitten "Wicked Man" (med anbessa). Han har även under den senasre perioden jobbat med music som är techno, salsa and dance influerad. 1999 släppte han även en singel som heter 1, 2, 3 party som är första låten på "The return of Absolute Reggae" som släpptes sommaren 1999. Just nu jobbar han ihop med producenterna Jamlab som även var producent för Anbessas skiva.

Black Snake har provat det mesta inom reggaen. Han har gjort allt ifrån tung roots reggae, ragga, dancehall och även techno.
