"With spherical and dark techno Crline brings emotions to the dancefloors. She likes to let herself be carried by the mood of the night and prefers to act on it spontaneously and above all diversely. As a member of the feminist collective ProZecco, she has learned not to be constricted by genre boundaries. Since 2021, she has been running the Unusual Suspects label with DJ colleague Ostbam, which will focus on supporting finta* artists and unknown producers. 

Since I learned to DJ together with the ProZecco collective, it was clear to me from the start that mutual support and solidarity between finta* DJs is necessary. In addition to penetrating male-dominated spaces, exchange is important to us. Spaces have to be created where finta* DJs can exchange experiences. Even if the scene sees itself as progressive and liberal, the real situation is different: sexism in front of and behind the DJ booth is part of reality. Therefore, we have to work and fight together!"

Ein echtes Brett ist der erste Podcast 2022, den uns @crlinecool kredenzt. Wobei sie dann doch schon ein paar atmosphärische Silversurfer-Momente einstreut. Genau richtig, nicht nur zum Wachwerden. Seit 2016 ist @crlinecool als Teil vom DJ-Kollektiv @ProZecco aktiv, wobei sie sich nicht nur durchs Auflegen, sondern auch via Workshops und Diskussionen für Pult-Zugang und -Skills für FINTA*-Acts stark macht. Dabei ist sie immer wieder auch beim DAVE Festival dabei gewesen. Neu ist zudem das Label @unusualsuspects_label, das Sie zusammen mit @Ostbaaam betreibt. Einiges los also bei crline, kann aber dann doch bald mal wieder losgehen, dass die Clubs wieder aufmachen. Als Überbrückung eignet sich der Podcast hier auf jeden Fall.

Ostbam started DJing thanks to a workshop in 2015, shortly after she moved from Poland to Dresden. Growing up in Gdańsk had a huge influence on her current style, which is a mixture of industrial, acid and hard techno, often varied with oldschool hardcore, gabber or even happy hardcore. Shortly after the workshop, Ostbam and few other people have started ProZecco - a feminist DJ collective focusing on workshops and supporting young and unknown FLINTA* DJs in Saxony. Around 2017 she moved to Leipzig and slowly established her style while performing in various clubs across Germany (f.i. ://about blank, Institut fuer Zukunft, objekt klein a, Mensch Meier). Ostbam also had her first undocumented Boiler Room appereance during the HARD DANCE tour back in 2020.

This is the recoding of @kh38 and my set at @golosaberlin on April 20th.
It was extremely fun and the energy on the floor was heartwarming.
This set combines our love for interesting soundscapes and forward going techno, combined with the sexyness and fun which is KH38 specialty. 
I hope you can enjoy this very different set of mine and im very thankful to experiment and to leave my comfort zone with you KH38.

Boysnoize Records welcome back top talent Taube for another of his high impact techno outings in the form of the Fuck The System EP.

Taube is a modular synth system maestro, live wizard and producer who draws on everything from happy hardcore to glitch, trance and pop for his hyperactive sound. They are pure party but come with expert sound designs and have made him a contemporary tastemaker.

The title cut Fuck The System opens up and is a brain frying techno banger. The distorted bass is splintered and raw, the hits are monstrous and twisted synths bring dynamics to the unrelenting drums, while acid lines add extra flair for maximal impact. Second cut Higher Vibrations is another psychoactive and psychotic collision of hard techno drums, bumping bass and warped vocal samples that are looped thorough the mix to manic effect. It's a vibrant cut full of neon colours, big drops and playful melodies that sound like little else.
