This is Chunka.  Once again thanks to @oneblindmouse One Blind Mouse for the bass and the assistance with the post production/engineering.  Much gratitude. 

I don't know if it's just in Texas we say "chunk" if you wanna throw something in a general direction.  That kinda inspired this one.
Also this has possibly the best pinch harmonic I've ever recorded at the 1:15 mark so enjoy that.

It's like people don't understand you sometimes you know? The language is getting smaller and smaller, the meaning of words is changing before our very eyes and ears, there is less and less room for metaphor for "big" words for "big" thoughts. Social media and big tech squeezing our heads in a vice. Time to surrender? Maybe.

In attempting to create a little more Celestial Harmonics,
I came up with something that seemed as if 
it must have been evoked from a tune far back in my past.
After about a week or so, it dawned on me that it felt a lot like:

while mine was hanging out in 4/4.

Life is overwhelming and demanding. This is a song about healing your heart space. This music conveys the need to stay rooted. To feel and heal. Taking a moment to breathe into the present moment and breathe out unforgiveness. Making the space to forgive... to heal... to grow. Kate couldn't think of a better instrument to convey that resilience than the Armanian duduk. I enjoyed arranging and producing a song far beyond my comfort zone, that put me into the state of meditation. Thanks for taking me into this journey!
