The music of Wonderbox is a delicate balance of taste and experimentation. The technical elements of producer, Chris Burrows,  implausibly in combination with the soulful, lyrical melodies of vocalist, Jacki Heron, produces a beautiful, yet unpredictable, aural landscape. Deep bass, crisp percussion, chopped vocal samples, and sensual storytelling are merely liner notes considering the careful subtleties that lay in their track designs.

 Their collaboration, oddly rooted in the deep musicianship of progressive rock, but fully developed due to their shared appreciation of pop/soul artists, results in a clear emphasis on songwriting with a unique, musical edge that captures the attention of critical listeners. Many exotic arrangements can be heard throughout their 2017 debut EP, “Chemicals”.
