Crosstown Rebels label boss Damian Lazarus continues his spellbinding sonic excursions with the release of his latest single, ‘Alive’, featuring the enigmatic Bloom Twins. Building on the release of his fifth album ‘Magickal’, which opened the year with a unique shock-drop launch in line with 2025’s instalment of Day Zero, the new single adds a fresh new layer to the project and showcases yet another musical shade of his revered, unique and wide-reaching sound.

‘Alive’ sees Lazarus join forces with Ukranian-born, London-based dark-pop sensations the Bloom Twins to craft an evocative composition that seamlessly bridges the worlds of electronic and pop. With additional production from acclaimed producer Mark Ralph—who previously worked on Damian’s seminal debut album ‘Smoke The Monster Out’—the track forms a deep and nostalgic connection to Lazarus’ artistic past while embracing his ever-evolving sonic landscape. The result is a track rich in melody, depth, and warmth, adding a curveball that could become an instant classic within the Crosstown Rebels catalogue.

Adding further magic, Canadian-born DJ/producer Nick Morgan returns to Crosstown Rebels with an entrancing remix of ‘Alive’. Landing back on the label following his mesmerising rework of AIRRICA’s ‘Hi Speed Lover’ in 2024, Morgan’s take elevates the original into a winding and immersive journey that will no doubt find a home on dancefloors worldwide.

As Damian Lazarus continues to captivate audiences with his boundary-pushing sound and innovative storytelling, ‘Alive’ stands as yet another testament to his unparalleled ability to fuse electronic music with emotive, forward-thinking production - a talent that has separated him from most into a realm that is entirely his own.

Yulia Niko, Wally Lopez & KATERINA X Team Up on Soulful Groover ‘Bring The Power’.

Yulia Niko continues to build momentum ahead of the release of her ‘Body Language Vol. 26’ with the third single from the album. ‘Bring The Power’ is a standout collaboration with Spanish house pioneer Wally Lopez, and London vocalist and producer KATERINA X.

The track rides on a groove-heavy house rhythm laced with rolling percussion and a vibrant, dancefloor- ready energy. KATERINA X’s soulful vocals take center stage, evolving throughout a long, emotionally charged breakdown before the tension builds and the full groove kicks back in. Various synth layers and crisp production give the track a timeless quality with a fresh, uplifting feel.

Yulia Niko, currently preparing the full release of her ‘Body Language Vol. 26’ album, brings her signature touch: melodic, deep, and always rooted in feeling. Known for standout releases on Crosstown Rebels, Armada, and Watergate, and for her global touring presence, Yulia steps into the role of curator and collaborator with confidence and creativity.

Wally Lopez, one of Spain’s most influential DJs and producers, contributes decades of experience to the track. A staple of iconic clubs like Space Ibiza and Pacha, with releases on Defected, Yoshitoshi, and Subliminal, Wally adds swing, soul, and style to the production.

Adding the final magic is KATERINA X, a London-based artist known for her immersive voice and genre- blending approach. A multi-platinum-selling songwriter and producer, her ethereal vocal tone and reflective lyrics bring a spiritual depth to the track, giving it both emotional weight and club energy.
