Narratives proudly launches its record label journey with a statement debut: Blow My Mind EP, a collaborative two-track offering by label co-founders Mustafa Ismaeel and Dilby. Based between Toronto, Riyadh, and Berlin, Narratives is a creative collective where sound, art, and storytelling collide. After four years of building a global community through mixes, events, and showcases, the vision comes to life in this release, blending diverse influences into a unified deep house sound. Blow My Mind EP encapsulates what Narratives stands for – groovy rhythms, emotive storytelling, and cross-continental artistry.

The opening track Part Time Lover is a groovy, energetic cut with a rolling bassline and punchy groove that lay the foundation, while a blues-influenced lead and a memorable vocal hook give the track an anthemic, sing-along quality. In contrast, the title track Blow My Mind takes a sensual, late-night direction, oozing an old-school house vibe, driven by a warm bassline and accented with sassy vocals that weave through the melody. 

Mustafa and Dilby pour their passion and pedigree into this release, a culmination of their shared experience and a bold declaration of what’s to come.

German-Romanian duo Frankey & Sandrino come back to Rekids with the Please EP, landing 10th October 2025 alongside a remix from Echonomist. They follow their 2022 Brainscan EP on Radio Slave’s label, as well as a remix for Denney in 2023.

With an irresistible bassline, smooth melody, and a nostalgia-fuelled vocal, Please is the kind of track you hear as you walk into a busy tent at a festival—hands in the air, energy abundant. Frankey & Sandrino are masters at crafting emotional dancefloor bangers, going a little deeper on the progressive Genie, building up to busy stabs and mind-melting, futuristic sound design.

Completing the EP, the pair call in Greek DJ and producer Echonomist to remix Please. The Innervisions and Exit Strategy artist strips the original back, transforming it into a dark, hypnotic groover built for smoke-lit dance floors.

"The original had this beautiful Depeche Mode 80s vibe, but for the remix I wanted to take it into a different space, closer to the Detroit sound I love, a bit like Carl Craig’s approach. Frankey & Sandrino are a German duo that has been shaping dance floors since 2009 with their distinct, trend-defying sound. With releases on Kompakt, Diynamic, and their own Sum Over Histories, and regular appearances at clubs like fabric and Stereo, they now return to Rekids with the Please EP.

Founded in 2006, Radio Slave’s Rekids has since launched the techno-focused Rekids Special Projects in 2017 and its latest sublabel, REK’D, in 2024. With Matt Edwards as the sole A&R, Rekids has been instrumental in developing emerging artists and remains a trusted home for house and adjacent sounds, recently featuring names such as Harry Romero, Tal Fussman, Spencer Parker, The Hacker, and more.

With the Soul Groove EP, Drinho delivers his latest deep house statement on VARE_CORDS — a soulful tribute to groove, atmosphere, and elegant club aesthetics. The four-track release offers a refined blend of warm textures, driving rhythms, and emotional depth, crafted for both the dancefloor and discerning listeners. At the heart of the EP is the title track Soul Groove — a lush and rolling deep house cut featuring expressive chords, subtle vocal layers, and a steady, immersive bassline. The track receives an outstanding remix treatment by none other than Pornbugs, who reshape the original into a hypnotic, groove-heavy journey while retaining its soulful core. The second original, Literal Class, dives even deeper, showcasing Drinho’s signature touch with crisp percussion, mellow pads, and a classy arrangement. The remix comes courtesy of Felidae, who inject their distinct flavor into the track with tight drums and playful synth details, adding a fresh perspective without losing the original’s essence.
