"I wanted this mix to build slowly, heating up track by track - an approach that feels most authentic to me in every set I play. It was recorded after an unforgettable night I played at Strange Night at 17 Little Portland Street in London, curated by the duo Awkward Moments to raise funds for AKT, a charity tackling youth homelessness in the LGBTQ+ community. The lineup included Farsight, Maya Jane Coles and Awkward Moments amongst other talented artists and the unapologetic queerness of the event left a lasting mark on me. I even included Awkward Moments’ track EXTASE as a nod to the inspiration that shaped this mix."
