"Your Friend" is a debut single and EP by Thanksmate, a duo from Naples being together for 11 years and founders of cult party Soul Express. Thanks to "It's a Pleasure" they have finally found space to give birth to a record son of a continuous research and constant work in night life. ‘Your Friend’ is a time travel that gathers and releases the whole essence of Thanksmate. From early 2000 cult vocals passing through "European" sounds made of essential dreamy synth drums. A full set of sound combinations that immediately refer to the rave scene. A tribute to a not-too-distant time that has rediscovered today its primordial charm, love for the track and passion for the bass drum.
