Since bursting onto the underground scene in early 2019, Stephen Hanlon previously known as Ben Klarren has made more than waves in his native hometown of Carlow. Securing his residency at SNKY, headlining Ireland’s biggest nightclub and debuting festivals are just some of his accomplishments to date. 

Hannah Wants, Endor and Boots & Kats  are among some of the major artists he has warmed the decks for. No stranger to producing, Stephens previous alias Ben Klarrens “Feel It” EP hit Beatport’s top ten techno releases within days. With his distinctive fresh and rhythmic house and techno stlye floor fillers, Stephen is definitely an artist to watch closely in the future.

Started playing the drums as a kid and went on to play in many bands. Live gigs, touring and recording in genres such as Alternative rock(Drums, Bass)(Western Waste 1991-1993, Long Pig 1995, Gas Hog 1996-1997), Folk rock (Drums)(Jack Rice and Old Rat Head 1996-1997), Reggae (Bass) 1994, Industrial (Solo Artist) and Punk rock (Drums)(Animal 22 - 2006-2015). 2010 IE Weekly Magazine punk band of the year "Animal 22" (Drums). Along the way learned to play bass guitar, guitar and keys. Started creating electronic music in 1998 by the name Crunching Digits, AKA: Dead Zen Men (2006), Ultima Futura (2010). Crunching Digits! signed on with Duo Box Records (Brazil) in October 2016. Kundry Music under Duo Box Records released the Deep Seeded EP in November 2016. February 2020 Resident DJ at Over Under Bar Tallahassee, Florida until COVID-19 shutdown.

Veridium’s signature is radical versatility and music that is mercurial and maverick. His genres are primarily Techno, Deep House, Progressive House and Downtempo. 

But above all else, Veridium loves to tell a story. 
“Each set should be a unique musical experience,” he says. 
"Expect to drop in deep at the beginning and fall out at the end with the sense that time has escaped you." 

This journey began at AfrikaBurn 2016 and since then Veridium has played on the biggest stages at AfrikaBurn. In 2019 earning a residency on The Spirit Train and playing alongside Bellville, Dandara, Vander and Offroad. 

An invitation to play in Nuremburg, Germany with NASTY in January 2019 was a brilliant opportunity to showcase his unique sound to an international audience. 

Now firmly established within the Cape Town underground electronic music scene and playing at well-established venues, parties and festivals. These include Wonderland, Make- Believe, and Goldswindler. With a residency for the last three summers at Grand Africa this has allowed for Veridium to hone his downtempo skills.

A self proclaimed forward thinker and bass music nerd, Brad Venable (aka. Motley Cue) is taking the weird bass music scene by storm. Hailing from Southeast Indiana and currently residing in Florida, Brad has been influenced by sounds from all over the world and is currently bending minds with the power of sound. Bringing eclectic sound designs to his performances you never really know where his musical journeys will take you.
