Girls* To The Front: Halina World / Radio Kapitał

Todays set is by Andrenaut, an Italian guy from Sardinia who found his home base in Dresden. Once he stood in front of the DJ - front left, now he puts on the DJ-hat and shares and inspires through his love for  music from behind the decks. 
He is part of @happalekollektiv.
Gigging between Dresden, Chemnitz and Berlin, he is trying to make a name for himself in the scene. 

You're listening to a recoding of a live set consisting of a  rollercoaster filled mostly with bouncy techno sound, with a smooth and active style of mixing.

Episode 9 is created by Luna Nane (@lunanane), a creative technologist based in Berlin.
She is working with sound, visuals and interactive media for
over a decade. Her sets are the base of all the other work as they capture moments in time
and act as mediation between her emotional world as a trans femme person and the
audience, and playing almost exclusively at queer trans events. 
Doing so, she is creating a feeling of togetherness in the community and, at the same time, she is
focusing queer trans empowerment her choice of sound.

Coming from a long journey of live set production, her approach to sets is always evolving. It often contains
self-programmed interfaces and effects, and she is working with carefully prepared track lists into
complicated effect chains. A controllerism approach for the performance with the
monome as the centerpiece of the show.

The ~crushcast~ number 9 is a recording from a liveset from october 2022 in
grüni basement, a big soliparty at a flinta* house project. It will take you on a journey between underground idm over glitched out crystal castles remixes to berghain whitstanding techno with a general focus on femme artists and femme voices in the tracks.

Zum fünfjährigen Geburtstag lud das Gleis 44 in den Liederkranz für ein Open Air ein, welches sich gewaschen hat. So wie Rey&Kjavik, der uns schon fast seit Anfang an begleitet, durfte auch der Sound von Baghira Drums bei diesem Happening nicht fehlen. Ihr hört zwei Stunden Musik voller Energie und Klassiker die im Gleis 44 in den letzten Jahren schon oft die Schreinerei zum kochen gebracht haben.
