Music from one of the most beautiful mornings of my life. Thank you to everyone who danced into this perfect day with me.. 
Having been going to Fusion for 10 years, this was a dream come true and I probably never was so excited and nervous before a set. Although I imagined how it hopefully would be, the moment itself exceeded my expectations and I just couldn't stop smiling. I feel very grateful that my vision of what a sunrise at Fusion can sound like resonated so well with you all.. 
Please excuse the occasional audio glitches - there was a voltage problem with the mixer which made the audio cut out at random moments. There aren't too many of those though :)

Crussen - White Ocean - Burning Man 2016

Imagine a room 7 meters long and 4 meters wide. Once you enter the room, you see Leonardo Da Vinci’s “Last Supper” - except all the characters are removed - covering the entire seven-meter wall, and in front of the picture you see a table of the same length, behind which stands the artist of the day who is about to turn the room into a music hall. The musical instruments that the artist is going to need that day take up the table, while sound systems that would be enough for several such rooms are placed on both sides of the table. Red lights not only illuminate the painting but also give a reddish hue to the entire room. Can you visualize that? Now imagine people dancing in the spare parts of the room which at first sight can accommodate no more than 20-30 people. Once you imagine that too, go one step further and try to picture a scene where the musician of the day is @tummetott_music, the room is jam-packed with more than 50 people, and it’s 4 in the am - this mix is just a small portion of that day. If you did imagine all this, do accept our sincere congratulations, if not, here’s a link with photos from that day.

Tummetott -  "Something Said" for RAMBALKOSHE

"Playing at Mayan Warrior was such a huge honor for us - we still can’t quite believe that this was the first set we ever played at Burning Man! To see the impressive, multi-media art car with all its lights and glory waiting for us was intimidating, to say the least. 
When we arrived to play our set, it started moving into the Deep Playa, with us and our little group of friends following behind it on our bikes. The art car moved slowly, playing its ritualistic music and summoning its followers from the darkness as it set off into the desert. We were at the front of the procession, and every time we looked back, the sea of lights & bikes got bigger and bigger while our hearts started beating faster and faster. People on bikes started appearing one by one from all corners of the Playa, following the fire and lasers until the art car finally stopped and we climbed on top.
We will never forget what it felt like to play our music there….ours was the first set of the night, and we tried to capture the Warrior feeling in our own musical language. The tracks we played reflect the powerful vibe we felt looking down onto the crowd, with the bass booming underneath our feet and the lasers and flames lighting up all around us. Some of them are dark, some of them melancholic - and all of them are close to our hearts. 
We are so grateful to have been invited to share our music on top of the mighty Mayan Warrior, so to Pablo and everyone else who made it happen: thank you so much <3"
