I Can Speak For Myself was composed by Paul R. Abramson (lyrics) and Steve Stewart. The song is being performed by Paul R. Abramson (vocals), Marc Bobro (bass), James Cruce (drums) and Bobby Pollard (12 string acoustic guitar, harmonica, vintage upright piano, and backing vocals). Paul du Gre is also on backing vocals. It was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Paul du Gre at Paul & Mike’s Recording Studio in Burbank, California in 2023.

Terminating every seed so the plants they cannot breed, and you've got to buy a new seed every time. And the pollen on the breeze will be creating super-weeds, it's not funny it's not clever it's a crime.
With blessings from the government this dangerous experiment it's out in our countryside, and you know it seems to me no less than sheer insanity to want to be genetically modified.
I want to live in the beautiful beautiful garden.
I want to live in the world mother nature designed.

Now taking bits of animals and sticking them in vegetables it's straight out of some science fiction plot, and messing with the flora and the fauna it's deplorable, just what the hell is wrong with what we've got.
With funding from the ministry this bio-techno industry it's out in our countryside, and you know it seems to me no less than total fallacy to want to be genetically modified.
