'Cry Me A Rimshot' is an introspective exploration and poignant reflection on the dual artists’ humanistic foibles. In their pursuit of self-identity and a signature sonority, Ohad and Uri of 'Cry Me A Rim Shot' draw from their own lives to construct a chain of complex auditory environments that continually entice listeners into an ever-evolving cosmos. The outcome is a tender and personal narrative milieu that charts the duo's voyage over the past several years.

In their quest of self-discovery and improvisation, Ohad and Uri create deeply individual musical odysseys, that welcome listeners to lose themselves within. Through the album, they pour their heart and soul, crafting an audacious blend of sounds that echo their personal stories, revealing a raw, unfiltered slice of their life. With 'Cry Me A Rimshot', they offer an invitation into their world, a world filled with music that speaks the language of soul-searching and vulnerability.

After spending 6 years living the notorious Berlin club scene, the Israeli DJ and producer Danny Kotz decided that it was the perfect time to get back to his homeland. The year was 2012 and the Berlin dark and gloomy experiences left him with a few scars. Based on them, a new expressive need started to boil inside Danny and he found himself experimenting in a completely new field: songwriting.
As an art form that tends to lay down in internal coping mechanisms, for Danny, this resulted in an accumulation of written songs. But they were not yet there...something was missing.
Fast forward to January 2019, and back in Berlin, Danny was searching for other artists to share his studio space. While searching for the perfect “partners in crime” he met Stefano Di Puma (aka Berryfeels), an Italian singer and multi-instrumentalist also based in this city.
The click between Kotz and Di Puma happened while the first asked for feedback on his songs. Both joined forces and started working on “You & High”, the debut De Wolt EP.
The foundation for De Wolt was set.
A year and a half passed and while running Hypernatural.Berlin live show, Bobby Starrr (Danny and Stefano label partner) invited João Neves (aka The Snow Boy) to showcase Sensi Guitar and Sensi M. At the time João was just back in Berlin and searching for musical projects where he could apply his inventions and find a creative escape for his “geeky tech side”.
The motto was set and the timing was perfect. Danny and Stefano were searching for a third member to break the 50/50 of the creative process. A multi-instrumentalist with experience in the electronic fields like João was perfect for the role.
After the first jam with Danny and another with Danny and Stefano, the unconventional guitar approach, together with the synths and the techiness of João quickly led to the invitation to join De Wolt. 

Out of this 2021 band formation comes the De Wolt mark II with “Our Love is Gone” the second EP from the forthcoming debut LP.

Used to be formerly known as DEKAY, Danny Kotz is a Musician, Producer, and DJ/Live act. Currrently based in Israel, Originally hails from Jerusalem and now resides in Berlin. in the last 15 years, Danny has been known for his incursions into the deep end of spacious minimal techno and deep house.  Both as a producer and a remixer, his fascinating driven, uplifting live sets and his unique and sometimes peculiar electronic production style is blending between his love for analog synths and digital sound design. His musical background as a jazz keyboard player and his passion for electronic music production in the studio, turned him into  a multi versatile musician. You can find in his musical resume productions which are ranging between deep techno and house, minimal, electro, synth-pop, and experimental Avantgarde. In the past 15 years, Danny has been touring and performing around Berlin and Europe's leading clubs, and  has been releasing music under different aliases and labels. He had also been collaborating with many other artists as well. One of these interesting projects was a collaboration with Dj Magit Cacoon that resulted in a Remixes EP to the album Voyage 34 of the legendary musician Steven Wilson and his band Porcupine Tree.
On the visual side of his work, is the production of ecstatic music videos  to top up the music. The video clip of the title track of his EP “Reject” with Avi Caspi on  “made of CONCRETE”, was supported by Kompakt records and had been constantly reposted on their social media channels. The release received positive reviews on various platforms such as Groove magazine XlR8R When we dip, and Beatport to name a few. Danny’s music was as well supported and played by major DJs such as Laurent Garnier, Felix Da Housecat, Nicole Moudaber, Terrence Parker, Ejeca, Richie Hawtin, Agoria, And Charlotte De Wette. For the last 3 years, Danny was busy manifesting his two old dreams. Setting up his own band and his own Music label in the form of De Wolt and Hypernatural Recordings which he shares with both of his buddies and partners in crime Bobby Starrr and Stefano Di Puma aka Berry Feels.  Topped by two music videos, the release of the debut conceptual album LP ‘Lost and Found In Berlin’  with De Wolt this year, has marked a major mile stone in Danny’s crier as well as an indie electronic artist and producer and performer. With these platforms, he is fulfilling both of his passions to Club music,  indie music production and songwriting and playing Live shows.
