Bite the Wax Godhead was a NYC-based indie pop band, active in the years 1999 - 2004. Cynthia Harden (bass, guitar, lead and bkg. vocals), Alec Cumming (bass, guitar, lead and bkg. vocals) and Larry Horowitz (lead guitar, bkg. vocals).

Caren Messing
is a native New Yorker and went to The High School of Performing Arts (Theater) and college at SUNY at Purchase. Upon graduating and working with Mabou Mines Theater company for a season she met and performed, as an actor, with Stuart Sherman (performance artist, playwright, filmmaker & videographer) in many theatrical "spectacles". A highlight was being featured in the 1989 season of the "SeriousFun! Festival" and performing in Alice Tully Hall/ Lincoln Center. 
She worked, as an actor, with Obie Award winning director/writer Bob Berger in his serial-theater play "Manifestations: War is Cold" at the Collective:Unconscious (145 Ludlow Street NYC) which had an underground, cult-following. She performed in the rock-opera "Kidnap Girl" (Tribeca Lab Theater) enjoying an extended run in the first NY International Fringe Festival. She worked with  Grammy Award Winner Ian Finkel, the world's greatest xylophone virtuoso, in his ever-evolving musical oddity "Ian Talks, Louie Walks" directed by Lewis J. Stadlen (two time Tony Award Nominee).
As a writer,  her essay “A Modicum of Comfort” appeared in the anthology “America, September 11th The Courage to Give” (MJF  Books/Fine Communications, Conari Press 2001) One of her short stories "In The Studio" is included in the third of the special issues of Asylum Magazine on Comics and Mental Health (Autumn 2015)
Her short story “Cornerstone” was published in the New Plains Review (Fall 2020) 
She has contributed original  photography for various issues of the international literary journal Beyond Words Magazine.
As a singer, she has done vocals with singer/songwriter Ken Lockwood and the band Red Road (folk/pop) along with the musical artist/violinist Nancy Jephcote.
From 1999 - 2014, Caren was a vocalist in the legendary Brooklyn based CBGB band "The Shirts". Most recently, Caren sang and toured  with legendary singer Genya Ravan in The Genya Ravan Band and appears as a guest artist on her latest CD “Icon” (http://www.genyaravan.com)

Her short musical film  “Swimming Upstream” (2019) with lyrics and music by M. West, was created and edited entirely on her mobile phone (iphone 7 plus).   “Swimming Upstream” received numerous accolades,  official selections and national and international screenings in the independent film festival circuit.

Although based in London, Jimmy T Hills, is a Kiwi singer-songwriter that finds his musical home in American roots, Country and Rock'n'roll music sharing his experience of the world through his Americana styled songs.

Jimmy T had fronted rock bands for many years in New Zealand but took some time away from music after moving to London. However, during the 2020 COVID lockdown in the UK, he was flooded with inspiration which led him to pick up his guitar and start penning brand new songs. Jimmy T is back once again and stepping out to bring his rock n roll energy to his new introspective and personal songs.

Jimmy T has always been influenced by Americana-style music and most recently taking his inspiration from contemporary singer-songwriters and lead singers like Nathaniel Rateliff, Butch Walker, Brian Fallon and Brent Cowles.
