Being one of my favourite all time Trance tracks I just had to put my spin on the musical masterpiece of Carte Blanche. 

Keeping it in sync with the original key and style, my aim with this project was to bring it into a modern era with techy style percussion, a thumping kick, huge leads and panning pads.

2 Clubland heavyweights join forces to bring a much loved commercial dance classic back to life on Cheeky Tracks! 'You're A Superstar' was originally a huge hit for Love Inc in Europe and their native Canada back in 1998, however it remained a sleeper hit in the UK until 2002, when a re-release on Dave Pearce's NuLife label spent 4 weeks in the UK top 10 and earned a BPI silver award. Now Micky Modelle has teamed up with Bradford's Harry Hard and original Love Inc vocalist Simone Denny to put a fresh spin on this club anthem, with a selection of fantastic new mixes. Vandalize does the honours for the hard floors with a tough hard house remix, while Cheeky label boss General Bounce joins forces with our resident Scouser Groove Control to pay tribute to the classic Rezonance Q remix which took dancefloors by storm back in the day!
