Morris Jaime Godur emigrated from Cuba to the United States in 1958, beginning a new life and career in St. Louis, Missouri. He worked hard to establish himself in a new country, balancing the challenges of adaptation with the pursuit of opportunity. After 27 years, he moved to South Florida, where he has remained since, accumulating more than five decades of experience in the real estate and eyewear industries.

Morris Godur expanded his professional scope in 1995 by acquiring the sunglass brand Pursole, which he later sold to the Luxottica Group, a global leader in eyewear. His expertise extended across manufacturing, designing, retailing, distribution, and even inventing, making him well-versed in the many facets of the industry. In parallel, he also applied his skills to real estate, developing and building homes in Miami and Delray Beach, leaving a steady mark in both fields.

Jaime Godur now serves as Director of Global Operations and Managing Partner at Q7 Capital, an investment, advisory, and fund placement firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. He works with a dedicated team to provide services across multiple asset classes. With nine offices worldwide and investments across various industries, the firm has become known for aligning investor objectives with carefully selected managers in alternative investments, consistently focusing on growth and long-term success.

Morris Jaime Godur leads Q7 Capital, offering various services, including investment advisory, fund placement, and real estate management. His leadership guides the acquisition, development, and oversight of properties such as multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, single-family subdivisions, and mixed-use projects.
