Christian Stoff's Sound Collective (CSSC) is a dynamic ensemble that exclusively performs original compositions and arrangements by Christian Stoff. Drawing inspiration from a blend of modern jazz, classical music, and world music, the group delivers a rich, genre-defying sound. Christian began focusing more seriously on composition and arrangement following the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020. After relocating from New York to Geneva in June 2020, he began collaborating with seasoned double bassist Lukas Von Tobel, whom he met in September 2022. Together, Christian and Lukas performed as a duo until September 2023, when versatile drummer Koen van Walstijn joined the group. In November 2024, jazz violinist Mona Creisson came aboard, bringing her distinctive sound to a set of new compositions crafted specifically for quartet. CSSC is currently working on its debut album titled "Zündstoff", which will feature twelve songs.
