Its almost election season, so this week we share information on Measure 1, the biggest proposition on the California ballot this year. We also explore the question of what kinds of political change we the people would like to see. Listen as the hosts try to answer the question of: "If you could pass any proposition, what would it be?"  and we invite you to join the conversation.
