Fading Echoes

Music is art. Which makes musicians artists. Like any good artist, musicians practice and make sketches. 
When i was writing the lyrics and vocal melodies for Soluna, I played the basic chords on my piano and recorded it so i could sing along with vocal ideas. This was me sketching - my work in progress - the part the end user - that's you, by the way - isn't supposed to hear. 
I found an idea, expanded on it for the song, and sent my stems away to Sweden.  Soluna was finally released yesterday after a long delay. 
Then i listened back to my sketches as I often do after the final version is released and realised they sounded like a song in themselves. So, with a bit of tweaking and polish here and there, we have Soluna (A Prelude). I hope you enjoy.

The Phoenix, reborn from its own ashes, symbolizes the resilience of the human spirit in overcoming the darkest moments. It shows that a fall doesn't have to be the end, but can be the beginning of profound transformation. It reminds us that even after the greatest losses, we can be reborn—stronger, wiser, and more self-aware.

Muestra que caer no significa necesariamente el final, sino que puede ser el inicio de una transformación profunda. Nos recuerda que incluso tras las mayores pérdidas podemos renacer—más fuertes, más sabios y con mayor conciencia de nosotros mismos.
