LTEC 2015 CLOSING SET

I am very humbled and grateful to have had played so many wonderful festivals in Melbourne this summer 2014. 
However it is the closing set at the ever amazing NYD festival Let Them Eat Cake that i look forward to the most and hold dearest to my heart. I would like to thank everyone who was there for sharing the experience and would like to further more share the set from the night with this upload. 

For anyone who was not there i hope you enjoy the mix just as much as i did playing it, thanks to everyone for allowing me the privilege of expressing myself in the art of production and djn. With so many amazing sounds out there in the world of electronic music i am overwhelmed that the techno infused bass music sound i call bushtechno has been so well received and resonates with so many people.

Hopes & illusions [Feat. Yeti]

A work in progress track playing entirely off a Sega Genesis / Megadrive.  A bit of Reverb and EQ added from my Yamaha mixer. This track will probably surface during my set at Superbyte  2015 and Square Sounds Tokyo when I battle a Sega and Nintendo with a ton of new material!  This track still needs some work; but it's a fun jam so I thought I'd upload it as is for you :-)

Second track of the Halloween themed osu! monthly music bundle!

This is, naturally, not an original by me. The original was made in 1801 by Beethoven, and I wanted to put my own Trance spin on it, and it fit well with the halloween theme this month (since it does kind of have an eerie atmosphere around it!)
I think this has a lot of potential for the majority of map difficulties, and I'm looking forward to seeing this one mapped in particular.

Third and final track of this month's osu! music Halloween bundle.
Back to a somewhat fast-paced 140BPM Tech Dance track, heavily inspired by a lot of retro sounds, which I still managed to sound somewhat eerie somehow.  I wanted to create the feeling of a pursuit, or being chased by something strange.
Since there's a lot of variety on this one, I'm not sure what to expect from the maps to come from this - but I'm excited! 
It was a lot of fun to make, but gave me a bunch of trouble.
