For the EP cover I used a picture I took of a glorb “sweating balls” in the redwoods. I feel like this glorb is a good representation of my brain sweating balls that one time I was zapped in the pineal. The “Third Eye Thunder” pts 1 & 2 are inspired by an experience about ten years ago where it felt like lightning struck the center of my brain, right in the pineal. It scared the bejeebus out of me but I got the message. Nature is 👑. (The message wasn’t transcendental btw, more of a personal matter but I guess the experience itself was transcendental in a way).

Third Eye Thunder Part 1

I’m a Minneapolis-based DJ that spins psychedelic, glitch-hop, neuro, breaks, dnb, experimental bass music that takes listeners on a journey through deep squelchy grooves and vibrant funky soundscapes. I've brought my sound to venues like the Pourhouse, Skyway Theatre, Barfly, Earth Rhythms, Sunrise Music Festival, The Thing At The Cabin, Hearths O Phyre,  as well as featured on the Camp Lynlake local DJ stream. My sets mesh cohesive yet contrasting, mind-expanding tracks that keep the dancefloor puddled yet demonstrative. This new project is a departure from my previous one, being that I'll be exploring much more contrasting sounds, bpms and "untraditional" melodies/discord. I'd like to reflect a more accurate version of my inspirations and evolution is constant.
