Chek Selectah comes from from Vigo, a town in Spain. Chek selectah is a Dj, selector and vinyl collector. He is part of the Galician collective “ Soundkilla Crew“. With more than 10 years in the music scene, in which he played for the best Galician clubs in part of the Spanish and Portuguese territory, sharing stage with some of the best artists from the European reggae scene and world level, and festivals like Rototom (Benicassim), GranCan Zion (Canary Island), World to Reggae (Oporto), ReggaeBoa (Bierzo) or Galician festivals as Minho Reggae, Foundation reggae, Brincadeira, among many others.
Sessions of reggae roots, foundation, early digital, digital reggae, dub, steppa and jungle with the best dubplates, is what you can expecte in his sessions. At present he is playing alongside the MC Xenderal in the direct ones and he is a promoter in the Soundsystem Nights sessions in Vigo and Drum&Party Sessions.
