Within the Trenches is based off my experience as a 9-1-1 dispatcher. I have been doing it for almost 13 years now and I must say that it is the most interesting job I have ever had. I started this segment to let people know what it’s like to be in my profession. The stories within this category involve all types of calls. This segment has gone from a written version to a new podcast with the same name. The show is meant to be informative, humorous, serious and all around eye opening to the world of 9-1-1 dispatch.
