Finally, the time has come.

After a small discovery phase this year, we can finally announce that the first sounds of PAULUM. will be audible very soon. 

Besides activities as an event organizer, we can finally announce the first record release.

The starting date is the 16th of December, 2022. 

You can expect an EP from CVO, founder and puppet master of PAULUM. 
The 4 track single, called "Secret Garden", is a nice mix between bouncy minimal house and groovy breakbeats. 
2 originals are on the menu with 2 superb remixes.

Friz07, a long time friend and labelmate of CVO (love goes out to Bladehouse), has turned the breaky track into a wonderfully twisted world of minimal house. The trippy sounds of his take on „Dont Stop“ invite you to dream but are driven by a distinct, perfectly positioned bassline. A wonderful tool to send the crowd on another journey in the morning hours.

The EP is rounded off by a super crisp and pushy remix by none other than Nick Beringer. He has processed the elements of the title track "Secret Garden" very subtly and created a powerful peaktime version. We are joyful to have this gifted music producer and founder of "Rubisco" on board and thus laying the foundation for PAULUM.

And last but not least, big thanks to Tripmastaz for the beautiful mastering!

It's Kim Kemi's return to Fantastic Friend Recording's Label. 
Danish and actor of the Berlin scene, finds all his influences on his original song Sea Bass. A raw formwork title with rock, melancholic and futuristic accents reminding us of our first rave parties. 

And to make this release a unidentified musical object, it is not less than 5 remixers who set to work for a rendering of the most confusing. A more techno vision for Sascha Dive and Yapacc, a minimal orientation for Nicolas Duvoisin and Giorgio Maulini while Mandarin brings its house touch to Sea Bass.

My soulmate and I played this set together at an event that was meant to celebrate turning points in most of our closest friends’ life. After a rainy day, we were graced by one of the most beautiful and endless sunset we have ever seen, surrounded by our dearest friends, listening with their hearts. Life long memories were made that night.
