CSS058 comes to you from local Brooklyn head Deflector [Clan Destine Records, XMPZ]. Deflector's approach to techno is both thoughtful and frenetic, and his mix includes unique moments of loud and savory vocals at one point and UK-influenced rhythms at another.

These curveballs are laced into a rough-and-tumble techno sound laid down at a feverish pace reminiscent of late 90's Detroit techno and ghettotech. No doubt, this is a mood to keep you on your toes.
