Resembling a similar creative situation such as Tame Impala or Prince, Loose Bolts is the solo outlet of songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Ian Brice. What started in 2015 as a Florida-based, heavily Folk Punk-influenced side project to a Blackened Death Metal outfit, has blossomed into a Nashville-based one-stop shop for all your Indie/Pop/Rock cravings (and those are just the main umbrellas). Whether we’re talking about artists such as Julian Casablancas, Patrick Stump, or Dashboard Confessional, Loose Bolts fits almost squarely into the vast and colorful lineage of solo (and sometimes not so much) musical visionaries that have made their impact over the last 2 decades. 2023 marks a new era for Loose Bolts with the newest single release “Could I Stay Here?" available May 24th wherever you discover fresh, new music.
