11 Sunrise - Prod Maltese Well Monster (Curse Ov Dialect)

Relentless rhythmic distortion... evoking memories of an amazing club in Budapest called Larm. Dark, Smoky madness dotted with the occasional strobe.

All vinyl mix of Hard Acid and Acidcore using records predominantly from the 93/94 period and the remaining ones spanning the next few years with a somewhat oddball (time-frame wise) plucked from 2008. Compiled into two parts with the first half being escorted through the grungy lowlands by two gentlemen named McBride and Reece, en-route to the Acid Asylum situated deep in the woods of Gundsø, East Denmark (hopefully before complete Blackout). The second half takes a much darker turn as you arrive at your destination... Panicy and with a much Enabled Sense of dread. Here you are taken into custody of M.D. Spivey and Dr. Anderson, stamped with the code "1010303" and dragged down the cold metallic Passages of LAB42 wing where you are thrown into your Padd and the door with it's reinforced Titanium Steel Screws is closed. In your cell you are administered daily with large doses of original high grade Sandoz acid until the constant 303 Abuse sends you into a permanent Lysergic nightmare where you know you shall never see another dawn. You'll also Spy a stone cold classic along your trip which all these years later still has the propensity to melt faces.

If that little story (containing a partial track list for you trainspotters) evokes the slightest hint of an (evil) grin then it might be worth a listen so thanks in advance if you do, I appreciate it.

Antediluvian Rocking Horse - "We Plot the Lost"

Formed 1994 St. Kilda, Australia, Antediluvian Rocking Horse was an audio project maintained by two core artists credited as DJ2 and DJ3. DJ2 is Paul Wain, a sculptor and graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts. DJ3 was Susan King (R.I.P), a collage artist, writer and anti-copyright advocate.  The project produced music and soundscapes that are entirely recycled from other recorded works.

The pair took further inspiration from Dada and Situationist texts and practises. ("Dada" is a term employed by French children to signify hobby horse. This translation, presumably, provided the spur for the project's name.)

The composer Ollie Olsen was also a member for recording sessions.

Antediluvian Rocking Horse - 1st Radio Show 1994

Colonia Dignidad was the settlement of a German evangelical sect.

After being prosecuted for child abuse in Germany, the group fled to Chile in 1961. Like similar religious sects, it was characterized by the outward appearance of a unified, godly community with well-tempered cultural activities and social welfare, but inwardly and in its environment by oppression, sexual abuse, and exploitation. In the 1970s, it unquestioningly inserted itself into Pinochet's regime of terror, aiding in the imprisonment and torture of political prisoners, weapons production, etc. Since the end of the 1980s, there has been a legal reappraisal of the C.D.'s crimes in Chile.

Its successor organization makes a living from tourism.

The C.D. project uses, on the one hand, a series of documentary recordings of contemporary witnesses, and on the other, a set of melodic improvisations (MIDI files), improvised in the spirit of the impressions of terror, tension, claustrophobia and fear associated with the Colonia. CD 2 (Knochenstückchen) directly reflects this atmosphere. CD 1 (Reue?) on the other hand, is characterized by the contradictory breadth of the statements found after the dissolution of the sect: Denial of atrocities to glorification of the C.D. by leaders who returned to Germany against the professed traumas of formerly abused inmates and exploited community workers.

For this purpose, the eyewitness recordings were sound-modified to a considerable extent. The MIDI files were played back with a variety of virtual instruments (piano, guitar, sax, turntable, lung machine, barrel organ, synths, etc.) in a multitude of modifications (speed, pitches, loops, harmonic and tonal variations), so that the 11 pieces from CD 1 and the 16 pieces from CD 2 each represent a closely interwoven overall composition.

Ralf Wehowsky is one of the most respected practitioners of radical music of our day. He was the founding member of the seminal German group P16.D4 and ran the legendary experimental label Selektion whose ground-breaking releases influenced many working in today's experimental music scene. Previous releases have seen him collaborate with such well known and diverse artists such as Merzbow, Andrew Chalk, Jim O'Rourke, Achim Wollscheid, Lionel Marchetti, Kevin Drumm, Kouhei Matsunaga and Bruce Russell.
