The track selected by @DVSNME to premiere is from the side of the record that features two tracks by @DetroitsFilthiest aka Julian Shamou of 313 Bass Mechanics, Digitek and DJ Nasty.  - The track is what you can expect from the Detroit royalty. He brings the high-speed funk that makes you want to stomp on this four-minute banger.

Belgian producer know by the name of Datawave with a catalog of finest releases in the last few years on labels like AC Records, Vortex Traks, Fundamental Records, Natural Sciences. Datawave delivers a tune that keeps the atmospheric idea of the label at heart but experiments with driving rhythms and acid lines.

For its second release, Russian label Analog Concept brings you four powerful and floor-ready electro tracks from rising stars in a dedicated genre; Starting with our favourite Liverpool producer nowadays – Reedale Rise and his frisky tune Borderland that can easily work out at 5 am as well as at 5 pm. Joyful and broken rhythm promises it will shake your body properly. Simon has been seen on labels like Frustrated Funk, 20:20 Vision, Kondi etc. The next in line is Nullptr from the east side of the Island. Label boss of d-tached records and co-promoter of Cambridge-based electro night Motherchip Connexion. Coming from labels such as Detroit Underground and CPU Records it is expected this guy brings only premium sounds. He delivers a strong and vibrant track that you cannot remain indifferent to. Side B is reserved for a Belgian producer know by the name of Datawave with a catalog of finest releases in the last few years on labels like AC Records, Vortex Traks, Fundamental Records, Natural Sciences and the Croatian producer Ivna Ji with British label Brokntoys behind her. Datawave delivers a tune that keeps the atmospheric idea of the label at heart but experiments with driving rhythms and acid lines. Last but not least is Ivna's track Alpha Dial, composition that isn’t focused on dancefloors but instead entices the listener into a slowly progressing story, heavily loaded with dreamy synth lines.

Releases by Intergalactic Gary are few and far between. Besides a handful of collaborations such as The Parallax Corporation (with I-F) and with Pasiphae, the must-know DJ from Den Haag has largely been about his talent behind the decks. We are thus extremely honoured to have him break the mould with us for his first solo EP release in 15 years — ’Signs of Disarray’. 

Injecting a fresh spirit amidst today’s mass productions, the sounds will immediately capture vintage ears. The pacing well measured, the storytelling a precious capsule from a time past. In essence, 4-tracks impossible to replicate unless you are the one and only time-bending and time-travelling Intergalactic Gary.

Hop on board the bird trip with title track ‘Signs of Disarray’, a hurtling sonic obstacle course which gives a brief but soul-drenched reprieve. Onward, ‘Invisible Intruder’ chronicles a battle propelled by gun shots and recoils. The B side consists of the tools: ’Nickel from The Bumper’, a liminal ride for that nth hour of your set and ‘Mystified’, a ghostly apparition to surface at highly selected dance floors under the right musical conjurers.

Prime handler of comet powder-fuelled floor heroics for the sun-dazed hours, Melbourne’s Escape Artist made quite the impression with his previous pair of EPs for Salt Mines and much enticing debut tape album for Couch Acid Recordings. Turning up on Kalahari Oyster Cult with his anticipated third outing, ‘Digital Natives’, the Aussie producer pulls out a quartet of old-school ravey pumpers, rife with the usual pack of patented Escape Artist tropes. Kalahari’s 19th oyster is sure to get dancers wading knee-deep in their own sweat as EA takes care of whooshing us off to dreamier Utopian heights in one smooth movement.

Cutting a path of cyber-organic fascination, ‘Another World’ flies us straight off to fantasized tropics where warm swashes of bleached-out pads and roguish acid froth languidly lap at convulsive ridges of breaks-riddled drum programming. Taking the original for a dive into swampy, Chain Reaction’esque depths, Canadian techno deconstructivist Flørist offers a moment of calm before the B-side’s storm.

An all-out dynamic affair, ‘Digital Natives’ cranks up the heat a notch further with its heavy alloy of propulsive electro and ankle-breaking rhythmic outbursts, which shall wreak absolute havoc no matter the hour or place. Rounding off the trip on a jazzy, laid-back after party vibe, ‘Inner City Pressure’ is a vivid mix-&-match of junglistic engineering and ethereal house-ism; a most spitting sum-up of Escape Artist’s playful and versatile approach toward production. Roll the dices and brace yourself, this is some massive magic at work right here.

The Berlin-based collective Radiant Love is responsible for a luminous bimonthly rave roaming throughout the city for the past year or so. Naturally, its first release as a label, the 3-track EP You Think by Fio Fa, represents not just the sound of this party but its infectious mood, a flammable affect.

Fio Fa’s productions are brisk, incredibly playful surfaces: they are structured by continuity more than dramatic builds and drops, and the tracks themselves are composed from a few honed elements – a sculpted kick, a bright and chiming synth-line, some chopped and processed vocal debris. The title cut begins and builds upon a cheeky melodic line, picking up punch in the first 3 minutes. At that point, however, the song gives way to a hurtling depth, as a swirling pad joins the mix, and “You Think” begins to sound like the hottest party in a wind tunnel you’ve ever attended. 

The EP’s B-side kicks off with with “Kayaki”, a contagious shuffle of cowbell and triangle, stutter clap and a splinter of MC vocal. Again, an airy synth merges into the rhythm (steam, this time). It’s not until a line of jazzy 303 keys enters the fray, more than halfway through the 8-minute track, that the groove is felt in its fullness – testament to this producer’s patience and verve. To even bring up “verve” begs the question of D. Tiffany, whose remix of “You Think” rounds out the EP. Given the D. Tiffany treatment, Fio Fa’s bright and sweeping loop becomes a series of omens barely resting on a wobbling bassline. The drum programming possesses her signature swing; simply, it hits. And despite or in light of the track’s hard edge, it still might make you smile – the snatches of melody are loopy and impish, and the whole production is animated by an immensely well-tuned playfulness (which may be the patron spirit, if not the sound, of Radiant Love).
