Founded by myself and Eric Ellis of Bury Your Dead and Reflux who was instrumental in many of the arrangements of these tracks. A Lesson Lived (formerly Earth After Death) is a Hardcore collaboration project that began behind the bars of Coleman FCI. Every song was created with the materials provided for us while incarcered and allowed us to find an artistic outlet and a sense of purpose while in an otherwise hopeless position. Upon my release, our music has been recreated by myself to the best of my ability to make it sound like the original tracks. I currently play guitar, bass, drums, and vocals on all tracks, but am always open for creative suggestion and collaboration. It is the goal that this project helps benefit my Non Profit Organization "Instruments For Institutions" which focuses primarily in donating instruments and providing lessons for individuals in Drug/Alcohol Rehabilitation Programs, Behavioral Health facilities, and eventually jails and prisons.
