Liking the really creative backing vocals on the hook. The percussion in the intro was also a very good touch

The safe spaces are getting harder and harder to find. Music does help, though, and I am finding this music both appealing and comforting, all in a positive kind of way.

NOTE: I had the start of the tune when a group I sometimes joined announced a "game" of writing a song to a certain title. I started a lyric for "Safe Space" and then discovered the contest title name was actually "Sacred Space"! 🥴 Anyway I wasn't able to join the "game" so I just decided to stick with my original inspiration.

BIO: I started writing songs in high school (1969-1973!) and I've pretty much never stopped. These are mostly solo recording projects (my brother, Fog City Fogey, contributes sometimes).  I don't do much self-promotion, not a fan of Repost Exchange etc, so all of you who find this page and like a song or two - you are truly appreciated!
