Anyone who has graced the dance floor at Lit Ultrabar, where they hold a residency, can attest that their love of four to the floor beats and their appreciation of a range of genres from tech house to progressive electro combine to take those dancing on a journey to musical euphoria. They take this energy with them wherever they play, whether an open-air day party or dark after hours club, by never planning a set but rather by feeding off of the crowd, the venue, and what they feel inspired to play at that given moment. Gerald Thomas and LuVitt play off of each other as the set progresses and this combination of spontaneity mixed with how in tune they are musically allows every time they play to be an experience in its own. This range and understanding of what truly makes the dance floor thrive is evident in their productions, which range from more vocal tracks such as “The End Feat. Alex Armes” to hard-hitting big-room tracks like “Rock It Steady”.
