VINYL ONLY. Iban Montoro  & Jazzman Wax are one of the most successful combos of the current house music scene. It is very common to find them on all the most important house charts, with their releases on top notch labels such as Strictly Rhythm, Robsoul, I Records or Madhouse. After debuting on Cyanide in July with their awesome ep “Freaky Deep Day”, now is the time for a proper vinyl release.  

“Chains” defines what a house music piece should be.  A solid funky groove, a fat bassline, subtle jazz arrangements and a catchy black voice, resulting into a catharsis of pure adrenaline and black sweat. The first remix comes by Matt McLarrie (Material Series, Younan) who has added a good dose of groove to the already epic original track, obtaining a massive peak time bomb.  

When we flip the vinyl, we find a superb remix by Dave Pad (Highway, Plastic City) who comes back to Cyanide, after his huge successful rework of Queemose “Promise”. This time, Dave has joined his buddy Anjei, to delight us with a crispy piece of deep house, with a playful bassline and a subtle and elegant acid touch. The icing on the cake, comes by the Spanish young talent Keepin’ Soul (Pocket Money)…who has made an analog and raw dub version of Chains. So deep and fat that it hurts.

After releases in quality labels like Bla Bla, Silence In Metropolis or MoodyHouse, the Spanish veteran djs and producers Cesar Del Rio & Tatsu team up to delight us with 2 great eps, which will be released in Cyanide before the year goes by. Both will include 2 original  tracks  and 2 remixes by some of the most interesting figures of the current house scene.

In their first Cyanide ep we find “Trinity”, an outstanding deep house track, with a groovy bassline, perfectly accompanied by smooth stabs and crispy analog synths. The first remix comes by the also Spaniard Bonetti,  a very common resident of the Traxsource Top 10 lists. Andres has injected a good dose of funk to the original track, converting it into a sweaty piece of jackin’ house, ready to break hips.

The second remix  comes by another Spanish producer, Gaol. This talented artist has added an acid squared bassline to “Trinity”, having a s a result a version with even more groove than the original track. The perfect icing on the cake to this delicious ep, with a tasty and deep Spanish flavor.

Oscar has teamed up with his Bulgarian buddy Ataneus to produce "Sol De Invierno". A gorgeous deep house track, with solid rhythm and warm and smooths synths. An analog dream that brings back the hot of Summer to these cold Winter days.

With his fantastic remix to Juanma Llopis still high on the heels, Bonetti debuts on Cyanide with his first solo ep. Deep Flavour is an exquisite track of underground house music, with a solid groove and funky stabs. Its ethereal pads enrich the song adding a fantastic atmosphere, wich will get you enganged in the song from the first listen.

First on remix duties are the Italian producers Deepkeen (I Records) with a superb version of the original track. They have added some new melodies and catchy vocals to Deep Flavor, having as a result a great piece of deep house. Last but not least, James Benedict (Large Music) has stripped down the original song and added new 303 synths, obtaining a fantastic acid house version.

 First on remix duties, we welcome to Cyanide the great British artist Jeff Fader, who has remixed “Dusty”. He has added beautiful strings and synths that feel as good as eating an ice cream in summer. Exquisite deep house sounds for your open air and terrace sets.
 
Our favorite Berlin’s production duo, Quadrakey, come back to Cyanide with a superb rework of “What Deep Of”. They have added his analog magic to the original track, and have turned it into an hypnotic and deep journey from the depths of your mind to the tips of your feet. Just lovely.

We are delighted to welcome Damian Rausch to Cyanide, a young and talented German producer, which already has releases on top labels like Traum or Apparel. “All Right” has everything that a perfect house track needs: a funky bass line, hot catchy vocals, deep rhodes stabs and amazing breaks seasoned with hammond and sax notes full of soul. Tender as a kiss under the Ibiza dusk, but so chunky that will bring the party to any dance floor. 

On remix duties we have our favorite Scottish beard, Matt McLarrie. A 100% dance floor oriented remix, with chopped vocals, a sharp bass line, crunchy percussions and carefully selected synths and sax notes punching you in the chest with every beat. We are sure that this timeless release will remain in your dj case for a long time.

Guri has been on the forefront of the emerging Balearic house music scene since 2011. DJ, producer and one third of the electronic live band Round Shaped Triangles. He has released his music on top-notch labels like Wolf + Lamb, Nite Grooves or Sub_Urban, where he also works as AR. On his vinyl debut, Guri shows us that he feels like fish in the water producing the most undergound side of house music.

"Into The Light" and "House Of Life" are two timeless deep house masterpieces, whose common denominator is a powerful bubbly bassline that hits you in the chest like the toughest heavyweight boxer. Catchy female disco voices and ethereal pads add to both tracks the necessary atmosphere to become two psychedelic and adrenaline trips.

The first remix comes by the always amazing Ruff Stuff. His rework is strongly influenced by Detroit 90's techno, with minor and melancholic chords, strong rhythms and an underground and raw sound. Quality at its best! Iban Montero & Jazzman come back to Cyanide to put the icing on the cake with the funkiest thang you've heard in a long time. Yes! These guys have more funk than Shaft driving a Chevelle through Harlem, and this track is no exception. Pure fire!

Lebedev (RU) is one of the most prolific house music producers on the scene today, with track after track hitting the charts. All his productions have his unmistakable style, heir to the funkiest house of the 90s, with jackin’ rhythms perfect for the dance floor.

We are delighted to present his debut ep on Cyanide, “Jazz Piano”, with a solid jackin’ base, warm rhodes stabs, and yes, a melancholic piano jazz that drops from time to time, providing a great dose of quality. On remix duties, we have a regular of the label, WillowMan, which presents a more disco version of “Jazz Piano”, equally very effective on the dance floor.

Vasily Umanets debuts on Cyanide with “Discomplexation”, an amazing deep house track with a groovy disco touch, catchy female vocals and sexy sax notes. The ep includes a solid remix by the uprising star Moa Bay. He was one of the best newcomers of 2020 and with productions like this, he proves to be a producer to bear in mind during 2021.
