For the second installment of my radio show 'the infinite fragmented soundwaves of oXane' I invited the great DVS NME for a guest mix. An honor! Get into his hour of massive electro.

@DVSNME is an Electro music producer/deejay and Post-Punk enthusiast living in Colorado. He runs a daily blog called @DarkScienceElectro which features news, live sets, guest mixes, upcoming shows, and throwbacks, as well as a weekly podcast that publishes every Friday on Soundcloud. The weekly radio show has aired since 2010 and was previously broadcasted on Illegal Connection Radio, Buenos Aires Sound System, and Intergalactic FM every Friday at 20:00 GMT.

He is also an accomplished and prolific Electro music producer. With production techniques ranging from software to hardware and everything in between, and spanning a multitude of genres, he has been producing music since 2000. He has collaborated with the likes of Franck Kartell, Das Muster, MetaComplex, Koova, Faceless Mind, Komarken Electronics, Deemphasis, and more. Step into the world of Lloyd Stellar, the Dutch electro producer (Erik Griffioen) behind the mesmerizing machine-like beats and vocoder-driven vocals. As the owner of LDI Records, Lloyd's music delves into the unknown, exploring futuristic and dystopian themes like the consequences of man's greed and the relationship between humans and machines.
In addition to his studio recordings, Lloyd Stellar also gives live performances with his modular synthesizers, blending pulsating electro rhythms, adding another layer to the experience...
Lloyd has released music on top labels such as 20/20 Vision, Brokntoys, Science Cult, Avoidant, Hilltown Disco and Gated.

- Legowelt, Kraftwerk, Burial, Anthony Rother, Plant43.

What new projects/releases with your participation are expected in the near future?

- Two EPs coming this year on Exploited Records and on Wave Function Records.

Which artists/labels are more relevant to you now?

- Plant43 is the electro artist i like the most these days.

What inspires you now to create music?

- I get inspired by messing around with my synthesizers and listening to music.

What set-up do you use when creating music?

- In the studio these days I mainly use: Vermona DRM1, Korg Prologue 16, Roland SH101, Roland JV2080, Roland Jupiter Xm and a bunch of Eurorack modules.
For my live set I use a whole lot of Eurorack modules and two 1010Music Blackbox samplers that are filled with loops of beats from my tracks. I use a modular Eurorack setup, because it is small enough to take with me in a backpack.

As a child of the 80’s Commuter was Inspired by all electronic music he could find; ranging from acid house, EBM, Synthpop, Electro, Rap/Hiphop, New Beat,House, Italo, early Techno and with a particular passion for Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk.

Since his recording debut in 2004 with the song ‘Electrostate of Mind , you can find his music on labels like : Zone, Cultivated Electronics, Skryptöm, Elektrofon, Bass Agenda, AFU Limited, Space Factory, Goog, Citizen and BoysNoize records.

Over the years, he has had the opportunity to remix various artists including Miss Kittin , John Lord Fonda, Captain Mustache or Nomenklatür, and to collaborate on the Roentgen EP with The Hacker.
