An artist who started in the music universe at an early age through choreographing, and after 15 years of stage dancing, she broke into the electronic music scene playing breakbeat and electro under the name of Tendresse Rage (@tendresserage). That background has a noteworthy impact on her conceptualization of music being her mixes remarkably kinetic, physical, and overall ideal for the dancefloor. This N2MU 45th podcast is an electro journey that offers a variety of approaches to the genre, from more delicate perspectives and melodic passages to a far more robotic view full of vocoders elegantly progressing to a  much darker and powerful spectrum. London based selector EKATA is self-described as genre and sound obsessive. She has built a reputation as a huge advocate for purist Electro and a creator of a dark and warped experience.

Her Electro shows on Ripe Radio Manchester & Guest mixes with Hilltown Disco and Ear to Ground Records to name a few, have turned the heads of some of the most respected and well established artists of the underground scene, including the likes of Anthony Rother who has expressed his love for her vision.

EKATA is currently working on her own productions, she also has a brand new residency for Specimen Records that started in November 2021.
