On to the good news then: I have a new co-manager. He is my brother, he has a diploma in sound engineering, produces dnb, dj's, and is currently doing a university degree in media. I hope he'll bring some media management skills to the party so that we can get this ball rolling again, and pick up where we left off.

With two of us running the show there's less chance of both of us being irresponsible (haha), and we should have more time to manage things properly.

Greetings fellow World Records crew!
My name is Bennett and I am a drum ‘n’ bass Dj and producer from Adelaide, South Australia using the moniker Skunkwerks. I have a Diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Studios here in South Australia. I am also currently doing a degree in Media at The University Of Adelaide.
Josh has kindly made me Co-Manager World Records with him. There are a few of us down here in Adelaide starting to make some seriously nice sounding tunes and I hope to get some of them onboard in the near future.
I’m 26 years old and a qualified sound engineer with about 7 years Djing experience. I have produced across different genres but have recently focused solely on drum’n’bass as it is the superior form of music. 
Josh and I are committed to making something awesome out of World Records and look forward to working with a wide and varied range of artists. We hope to establish a label with some real public recognition as a means to get all of our music heard worldwide (and hopefully sold on a commercially viable basis).
I will happily put up some bits of mine for remixing and will most likely send some of you guys out a remix request. 
Initially, If necessary, I can master tunes by myself in my studio with the possibility of full professional mastering in a multimillion dollar studio in the future.

A little bit about René LaVice

From the humble beginnings of finding out about Drum & Bass music via the late night broadcasts on Toronto’s College Radio stations (88.1FM & 89.5FM) while growing up, René has travelled worlds away from where he started. Flash forward a decade or so, René’s own productions are now hailed around the world as some of the genre’s most iconic and innovative records in electronic dance music. He’s flown worldwide performing shows and cultivating the sound of Drum & Bass as a true tastemaker and leader in the genre. 

As though coming full circle, René was approached by the BBC about creating his own specialist show on Radio 1, so in 2017, following in the footsteps of legendary former hosts Fabio & Grooverider, and Friction, René is now the Drum & Bass representative on the world’s biggest platform. 
 
As a producer, René LaVice’s sounds are unmistakable. Known for combining different styles and influences with his own sensibility, his music has a thumbprint which stands out in the mix. Nowhere could this be more evident than in his first breakthrough track ‘Headlock,’ which took the scene by storm and turned heads of tastemakers worldwide onto what would soon become one of dance music’s most exciting producers. Since then, René’s made a string of hits, such as The Calling ft. Ivy Mairi, a musical hybrid unlike any other which was A-Listed on Radio 1 for weeks and hit the billboard top 40 dance chart. 

Renowned for his remix track record and ability to turn a song upside down, he has remixed an impressive roster of artists such as Diplo, DJ Fresh, Craig David & The Prodigy, making him a highly sought after remix artist.  He released 3 albums on the illustrious Ram Records which earned him the respect of young fans and veteran DJ’s alike. 

Having the support of touring Drum & Bass royalty such as Andy C, Goldie & Randall combined with attention from Radio presenters and tastemakers such as Annie Mac, Mistajam, Zane Lowe, Nick Grimshaw, Greg James, and Scott Mills is like a dream to any young producer and René’s skills as a performer and a DJ have been consolidated thanks to touring all around the globe and turning even the most unlikely shows upside down. Known for crowdsurfing at his gigs, he may sound like a bit of 
an anomaly when it comes to dance music. The excitement he feels from his music is as captivating as it is infectious. Having performed shows at major festivals such as Glastonbury, Download, EDC, and world class venues like Brixton Academy, Fabric, and Alexandra Palace, René has evolved into one of the most exciting headlining acts in dance music. 

Now living in London, UK, one can only speculate where René LaVice’s journey through music will lead next.

Patrick Alger is a Polish artist who revolves around progressive house and melodic techno. He made his stage debut at the turn of 2003/2004. His individual interpretation of music is based on an addictive groove combined with a large dose of affection. During live performances, he shares, mixes, cuts and divides, using multiple mixing techniques to create a unique and distinctive set of style. The selected songs are emotional stories that should be listened to like reading a book - and like the book, the performances are worth listening to - they bring the audience to another reality.

His artistic performances include numerous performances in major clubs throughout the country - his sets resounded on the floor of the legendary Warsaw Club "Piekarnia", and often appeared in "Luzztro's" line-up. He played in most famous clubs in Poland - from Kołobrzeg to Wodzisław Śląski. He also had the opportunity to perform outside the country - he was a resident of the English club Cafe Rene, where he founded and led a series of events called SPICY NIGHT. This cycle was also continued in Poland, where well known DJs performed their sets.

Patrick Alger is also the creator and moderator of the radio program "Emotional Sounds" for Houseradio.pl - then the most recognizable and popular Internet radio in Poland, presenting non-commercial sounds of the genre of electronic music. His sets where broadcasted in Polskie Radio Czwórka (Polish Radio 4). He was the main organizer and promoter of non-commercial music and cycles this kind of events in his city.

Recently, he performed at the Deep-Sky Electronic Music Festival, where he presented his two-hour set on the main stage.
